Yes, but the left and liberalism is a match made in heaven, much like the right and conservatism. You take your views from 2 semi-linked political philosophies, try juggling more than 2 balls in your mind at once and you may well achieve the image of yourself you have and try to project.
and youre so constrained by your own terminology to even begin to understand that anyone who has a genuine motivation to understand the mechanics of human interaction doesn't restrict themselves to a colloquial ideology they've been spoonfed via schooling of a structured historical framework. it renders you unable to create your own opinions beyond those terms. congrats on being able to regurgitate your education verbatim. I'd advise taking a different approach, developing a backbone, and formulating your own opinions.

that may mean formulating your own 'papers' instead of misquoting and misinterpreting other people's. but again, that takes a bit of backbone. dare to be different. without doing it in a just to be different kinda way.

s'possible. even for pussies

off to watch some shite yank tv.

toodles

Anyone watching this program about deaf people on BBC3? There are actually deaf people stating that it is offensive and wrong to give deaf people hearing!? I knew this was an issue, but I didn't know it was a view held widely enough to find an entire family of people who all believe it is wrong.

Must of been a bad pint ;)

That and all the tequila!

The next day while I was lost I saw a very fitting(not size wise, it's actually way too big for me but they only had XL) t shirt that I bought that says

"One Tequila
Two Tequila (in a slighty blurry font)
Tree Tequila(in a very blurry font)
Floor"

=D

Gladiator just started so watching that now :)

If I formulate my beliefs and viewpoints from the left, the right, the liberal, and the authoritarian, and you formulate yours almost exclusively from the left and the liberal, which one of us is more self constrained? I think you will find that the entire reason these colloquial terms exist is because of people like you conforming like sheep into that bracket. If it wasn't so easy to label you, millions of people like you, and even entire states, as a lefty or a liberal, then the terms would be redundant. If you thought for more than 5 minutes on this topic before writing, you'd realise that colloquial terms and jargon are indispensable to smooth, effective, and efficient, human interaction. So far from improving anything, you do great harm to the mechanics of human interaction.

tl;dr - you only hate labels because it's so easy to label you. You're like an emo kid who hates being called emo.

Sorry Pete, I did watch Countdown today though and got the conundrum before the contestants :)

Countdown is a show I always wanted to be good at. Word games aren't my thing. If you ever play boggle with me you'll find out why.

I'm shit at university challenge too, but I just watch it for the...talent

And the pisstakes

I've completely forgotten what this was all meant to be about. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

I almost posted a picture of Peter Sutcliffe as light relief but though it open to misinterpretation.

I wish you had, evening how are you?

I'm fine thanks Bluebell. Just a little bit stoned and dissociated but otherwise fine. Though I did have our Peter ready to drop into this thread like the cheerful, friendly soul that he is.

How about yourself?
