TESTING LEET KEY

nO, I DOWNLOADED leet key, just highlighted that text, pressed f3, and nothing happened.

lol, just found leeet key settings in the tools drop down menu. Utter gibberish. there's not a hope in hell I'm gonna be able to set that up unaided. :( watson?

shift +f3 is only for micrrshit word/excel

leet key, highlight the text and either press the leet key icon on your status bar or use the hotkey (Ctrl+Shift+L) which can be changed to F3 if you want.

edit: hang on i'm speaking bollocks, you've got to set a shortcut key for case conversion, let me fidddle with it and i'll get back with a tailored cavemonkey guide
 
thanks mate...status bar is bit on bottom right of screen by volume etc? and date and stuff?

there's no icon appeared there..

I'm on firefox, with XP....I'm impressed I even founf leetkey settings in tools, confirmed I'd downloaded it at least.

I don't need any of the other options, no morse code or owt, just convert case...

Wouldn't mind a phoneme font someone tried to tell me how to set up a phoneme font but i couldn't work tht out either.
 
Tomorrow I leave for Thailand and I was totally unprepared today, had a million things to do and get, ran about town all day trying to sort shit out, had to phone banks and tax offices and fill out forms, get haircuts, buy stuff still, pack the bag etc. To top it all off I seem to have come down with the cold / flu / a bug of some sort and feel like death. Hoping it is all gone by tomorrow. Up at 6am, train at 7:45 to Ggow, 8hr flight to Dubai, 9hr layover in the airport then 8hr flight to BKK. Going to be knackered at the best of times let alone if ill. I hate this bit of travelling, start wondering if you've forgotten anything important, airports make me nervous too and long flights are bollocks, long layovers are even worse especially at Dubai where it's £8 a pint. :\

go to view > tools > addon bar and a small bar will appear at the bottom of the screen

Highlight some UPPERCASE text and then right click on the '1337' button and go to text transform convert to lower case, nice and easy. would be easier if the fucking hotkey worked but thats giving me some shit at present, see if that works for you

in fact you can just highlight the text and right click on it and then use the convert menu, thus not needing the addon bar visible
