Not for me , I,m dandy off to Re Varnish my 15 year old Coffee Table its been every place i've had n will be coming to my new one , £5 back in 1996 ! from Dorothy House .

I just love everyday things that have a bit of history, soul and many stories to tell. That's great you're giving your coffee table a bit of extra tlc to get it ready for it and your new home.

The cruet set was a must have - but I've been trying to trace it and other bits online this morning and seen a similar design on ebay for 150% more than I paid yesterday. Well chuffed! I'm very into vintage / recycled / second hand - like above, something with a story.

Not sure it's saving me money tbh, spent more on food today than I usually would but I still stashed away what I planned this week (more actually) and don't intend to take any money to work with me so no spending money on junk food. It should be a healthy week, eggs for breakfast, chicken and veggie soup for lunches, chicken salads and jacket potato for dinner, lots of healthy snacks like fruit, oatcakes and nuts. Just want to see what I feel like after a week detoxing, right now I eat a fair bit of crisps, sweets, junk food, fatty foods and drink loads of booze and fizzy drinks.

I've been saving since I got back from my last trip just had to pay off cash I owed my mum and dad and that cheeky fucking bank asking for their overdraft back so the savings aren't as much as they could have been. All going well I will be out of here by mid January to Thailand and China. Have found some brilliant looking and free volunteer opportunities in both countries and might even get my self a job teaching English to make things last a bit longer.

We have a son called Tobias, he is 11 years old and he is terminally ill, his life expectancy was 12 (next year) but has been extended a little through surgery, he also has Asbergers Autism, a really high functioning Autism, he is very intelligent but gets obsessed by certain things the main one being Dr Who.

He was granted a wish from the Make A wish Foundation Uk - they grant wishes for terminally ill children, and his wish was to visit the set and meet the cast and crew when they film the next series in 2012, the BBC refused this request stating they had a 'Policy' preventing children on set, but we know that this is not true, on 2 occassions (that we know of there maybe more) children have been on set, once during a competition and another when a writer brought 2 of his children to the set to meet everyone.

It looks from the outside that the BBC, namely BBC Wales are discriminating against dying children as able bodied children have been on set, this is disgraceful and unfair.

Toby can only attend school for 2 days a week due to extreme tiredness from his heart condition, so he has NO friends, gets No party invites, play dates or sleepovers that his siblings enjoy, Dr Who is literally his life, it means everything to him and despite the BBC's refusual we are not taking it, we are fighting for him, the more pressure we can put on the BBC the better. We have contacted Newspapers, Magazines, the Radio, MP's and even the Prime Minister. Toby is an able bodied child that would cause no probelms being on set.

If you feel as strongly as we do PLEASE do all you can, the head of BBC Wales is Mr Rhodri Talfan Davies and his email is [email protected] please email him or tweet steven_moffat he is Head of Doctor Who, lets get this disgusting policy changed and make his far too short lifelong dream come true.

If you have an ideas or suggestions that we can try please post them, Thank you all for your support, ANTHING that you can do, the more people you tell the better the BBC hates bad publicity and this may just work.

which seems HIGHLY unlikely imo ... [can't check the facebook link to read further cause no clue what my login is for the fake account i set up to read stuffs, since i dont use it normally]

and that in no way means i think the BBC are even remotely justified ... just that there's possibly a whole lot more going on than anyone other than the decision makers, are a party to. however 'a whole lot more going on', could be equally, or just as bad as some sort of sickness descrimination

at least if they get a load of complaints, then the truth may out, and the decision be reversed
