Hehe. I can quite believe it must be worse - far be it for a mere boychild to suggest such things though so good to get it verified by one who knows. I can't believe it would be possible for pain to be any more painful than that. Different types of pain, for sure, but I can't see how such intensity of agonies could ever be any more intensely agonising. SS had the same intensity of pain for me but was of a totally different type. The thing I'd compare it more directly with would be when I had an infection in a facial nerve years ago (which resulted in short-term total paralysis of that side of my face but has thankfully improved enough as to be barely noticeable now). The pain only lasted for one night in that case (cos once the paralysis kicked in there was obviously no sensation at all for a while) but seems to come and go in waves with this. One night of insane pain followed by regular waves of less intense (but still fuckin' brutal) pain since. Yesterday was the worst day since I've been on the antibiotics so I didn't make it back online but today has been greatly improved. Actually managed to leave the full eight hours between antibio doses rather than needing to overlap them by several hours today so definitely looking up. Just hope it's improved enough that it's able to be extracted at the dentists on Wednesday. Pretty sure it's spread all through me jaw and up to my ear somehow though cos have had earache for weeks now and it's been popping like crazy these last coupla days. Ho hum.

Righty, no more lengthy whinges about me lil afflictions today - promise :D - and will find other topics of interest instead. Sure I've missed many a fine discussion of late so will go forth and edificatorise and updatify on all things both light and blue. And even get around to a second assault on Mount Inbox.

Also, afternoon, all. Various combinations of codeine, tramadol and guice seem to be all the rage today. Would be rude not to join in so have been all day. Although 600mg of codeine doesn't even raise an itch at the moment it does still provide a pleasing fuzzywuzziness :)
 
Afternoon Shambles. Welcome back (properly)!

Sounds like a shitty deal. I had a cyst in my cheek which became infected some years ago, and I must say it was the most painful experience of my life. Anything like that around the facial area makes you realise just how tender your face can be. Hope it passes soon.

Dont worry, Im a big wimp when it comes to dosing so I start with the smallest possible. Might not even bother
Its something like Codeine right ?
 
It's a bit like a lowish dose of codeine combined with an anti-depressant.

It always felt vaguely dirty to me but plenty of people enjoy it. I'd try 50mg and see what you think. It's worth trying, especially for free.
 
Am down to just 50mg of tram a day now. Woot! I quite like it initially - I'd say it's a fair bit stronger than codeine but with the speedy antidep effects it's not necessarily obviously so. As others have mentioned, stick to low (50mg I'd suggest) doses spread out with an hour or so inbetween if you prefer more opiatesque effects to speedy ones. I wouldn't go over 150-200mg at most in total if you don't use it regularly either cos its icky side is definitely emphasised with larger doses - especially taken as a single dose but even spread out. Lasts a lot longer than you'd expect too so a long wait for it to wear off if you overdo it. Lasts a good 24 hours or so for me.

Just been checking what TEFL jobs abroad are currently advertised on the TEFL Scotland website and 2 positions I noticed were for Libya and Bahrain, both now full no more applicants being considered. What nutters just accepted a job out there! Airfares paid for, apartment included and £1.5k a month salary though which is really good for a TEFL job. Still wouldn't.

Oh well now my online earner seems to have been wiped out guess it's stick with the daily grind then try and secure myself a job in Asia as soon as I've got both my TEFL and enough cash to get out of here.

I've still got a pile of tramadol left over from when I broke my arm. I've found that it's the perfect cure for the shitness of working in a call centre. The anti-depressant effect from it is quality. Had one (50mg) at about 11am the day because my shift was dragging in, the rest of it flew by. Had another at about 5ish. I was on from half 9 till half 7, perfectly happy, probably talking complete pish to the people on the phone but the day went past 10x faster than normal.

I've ran out of green. Bad times. Time to raid the tray for leftovers, maybe skin a joint off the wee bit of soft black I've STILL got & hope to fuck I can get some decent stuff sorted for the weekend. Just text a cunt there who has been offering me green for ages but no reply, probably due to the fact I have been ignoring his offers of weed for weeks because he usually punts (awful quality) ching & I expected his weed to be the same, I've heard it's actually no bad though.
 
Aye I know not to do it all the time man (I like MD too much to get into regular tramadol use anyway, even when I was actually using it for pain I wasn't taking it too regularly, few days on, few days off usually), I first discovered the joys of tramadol+work a couple of weeks ago, only done it like 3 times now. Definitely won't be doing it daily, I don't know how many I've got left anyway, it's not really the sort of thing I'd actually buy, just happen to have some lying about because the doctor scripted me a couple hundred lol. I really should have rinsed that script for all it was worth at the time & got a couple of repeats because she was more than happy to dish them out, that was just from a phone call as well.
 
Does tram interfere with MDxx tolerance or something :O

I was going to try tramadol soon, but also enjoy MDPV occasionally. I know you were probably talking about MDMA but I am better safe than sorry, lol :)
 
I'd say to leave at least 24 hours (ideally longer) with no tramadol either side of using any serotonergic drug - in particular MDMA, aMT and other serotonin releasers. Cos it will kill you rather painfully if you don't.

I'd also not use peev and tram too close to each other. Doesn't have the same lethal qualities as serotonergics + trams but it's pretty unpleasant. If you thought peev can cause a few jitters used alone... 8o

In fact I wouldn't use any drug within spitting distance of trams other than benzos or other opiates. Booze is not advised but has never been a problem for me (obviously). GBL and ketamine seem to have no obvious interactions for me either but could imagine guice has the potential for mischief unless you are familiar with the effects of combining opis with geeb.

Unbelievably messy (not to mention dodgy beyond words in combo) drug is tramadol.
