Hangovers never touched me till me late 20's. late 20's - early 30's they bacame mildly debilitating.

Then they started getting steadily worse. 40 now and they are the worst of all drug "comedowns"

I drink to a point, then I know when to stop or the next day is hell.

Droogz on the other hand I can cope with.

trust me from my mates that still work at the GPO things are not really that well organised. their are alot of disiluioned staff atm.
Doesn't explain your predicament though log on to the Royal mail site n checy terms and conditions u may be able to get compensation or maybe a refund , worth alook defo.
All this talk of beer got me thinkin if i nride my bike to offie then surely its keepin me fit:)

make sure the sender claims back the cost. RM don't make it easy, it's easier to go to the PO to get a claim form than to go the online route.

Royal Mail are taking the piss, I dunno why the media aren't taking this story.

Half the country isn't even getting a daily delivery at the moment, but you won't get told that.

we've been threatened with compulsory redundancy if we mention anything derogatory to the public, we are supposed to tell them everything is shipshape.

disillusioned ain't the word.

Hoodwinked, lied to, cheated, bullied, health and safety being ignored, service levels being ignored, local union reps being sidelined, area union becoming just another level of bullying management,local managers lying about mail failures-what mail failures? 8)

I could go on, but this ain't the place.

The sort of hangover he's talking about are not shifted by eating and having a kip. It's not just feeling a wee bit sick and tired it's full blown anxiety, shaking, feeling strange and detached, hard to explain if you've never had it before but it's nasty. The only cure is valium like.

haha i hate to complain more, but i still feel like my skin wants to jump out, had a can of tennants felt better for a bit but still grim, my dads dropping some food round for me and a pack of cigs, so should be a chilled evening :)

Jesus! If I were to complain about a hangover to that extent, my dad would be round with a shotgun to put me out of my misery.

Or he'd disown me at the very least... :D

Sounds like borderline alcohol poising which is fukin awful :( up their with some of the worst comedowns 4 sure.
