Was a Charlie Sheen thread posted in PD t'other day. Got shunted off to F&TV then dumped into Loungeland. This is how I ended up briefly posting in Teh Lounge again. Is also where Roland Rat came in. And that quote wot I quoted you in a PM t'other night, Sadie. A productive and occasionally hilarious thread it is. But now it's in Rat Land.

Nice choice on the candle. Vanilla is always a winner. Unlike Nag Champa which burn my throat and give me deadly headaches. Recipe includes poppers of all things. They're banned in most of India, I think. Dunno if all brands include poppery Badness though. Probably not.

I wish I had Nag Champa. The last ones I had smelled of burned tyres. That was some years ago though...

Haha really? I love it! Reminds me of India loads. Crazy if they are banned there.. got a sandalwood and cardamom candle the other day, that was gorgeous. Burnt down too fast though :(
 
Am not a twat!!! More a humble wanker really. I blame the geebee 8)

Effie: Saw a docu about Indian exports a while back and incense was one of those discussed. Showed the (very young) kiddiez rolling 'em and was mentioned that they couldn't be sold in at least parts of India cos poppers are illegal and they have poppers in 'em. Tis possibly why they are so harsh on the throat and head. For me anyway. And almost certainly not in all brands if it's even used at all anymore cos was a few years back. They still bring on minor migraines whenever anyone inflicts them on me though :(

Got a selection pack of fairly fancy jossticks for Chrimbo. Used the frankincense and myrrh ones already and cracked out the cinnamon today. Winter berry to come. Any y'all ever used proper resin incense? Tis lush. Frankincense and rose were my faves. Quite pricey compared to sticks but go a lot further and really fill the room with smoky Goodness :)
