Finally a weekend where i dont have to fuckin work, get in!!
Built a swimming pool for the lad, took some speed, played in the pool with my lad, took some more speed, now must fap!

Pretty knackered after that week, job is like a proper gym workout sometimes. crushed my hand as well, few swolen knuckles, coulda been a lot worse. time for a vallie, chocolate protein shake n vodka. actually i might just stick some vodka in the protein shake, bit wrong but fuck it lol

can benzos effect mood as in getting emotionally flat days after etc? its either that or the 6-apb which is doing it, im thinking the 6-apb, like a delayed comedown or some shit. nothing on a meph comedown but still, a bit of the kinda hollow flat feeling. or its a lack of an MXE afterglow, aint touched that shit for ages n who knows what the long term effects are

Brimz: Windsors extremely busy atm. We are commuting distance from London so full of Olympic tourists. We still have all the flags out from the Jubilee etc so its all pretty patriotic.

I like it.. I kinda feel proud of Windsor and to be English today.* :)
