My sleep has been fucked up for weeks months, getting up at stupid hours in the afternoon like Spade. I've got sick of it though and somehow managed to find the mental resources to wake up at Normal O'Clock! Fucking yes!

It happens to me every so often, I actually get up in the morning but within days I'm back in the old destructive sleeping pattern again. When you've got no good reason to get up at a normal time it's hard to find the motivation to even though I do want to get up some time before midday.

The first 7 words of your post Dan where almost correct, I already am a nutjob ;)

I tried to sleep, then did my pulse and it was like 95-100 after almost half hour trying to relax, maybe its just tired eyes I have, gonna try and sleep later instead when my heart has rested some more, of course I'll most likely give it one or two more doses of unrest first, I have showered and eaten dinner today, so I feel I have half HRd. I want to sleep tonight though, really do want to sleep tonight, maybe I'll do it when the americans do though 8)
 
Would it not be a better idea to take some benzos, come down off the stims and get some kip Mugz?

I rarely use the report button

I don't believe in censorship and believe we should be left uncensored mainly. I have reported a few posts recently tho, but I don't think censorship is the best way to deal with them. Nor is that my intent when I've reported a post

There are other methods of dealing with undesirable content.

I don't mind abuse either. I had no problem with the mooncup jibes, and never will. Abuse me at will, I'll never ever report it

Just to be clear :)

I also think that Dan is one of the loveliest posters in EADD. He's also fit as fuck physically. Both him and Urbain take the crown of fittest bods in the Macho thread as far as I'm concerned.

Well since I'm not prescribed them anymore and don't wanna buy more than the 100mg etizolam I have I wanna use that for the comedown and use it as few times as possible as to avoid obtaining another habit.

I still love you yellow :) You planted a poppy for me when you were new and you have been nothing but nice to me as far as I can remember, I think you get a hard deal for having different beliefs, we don't disrespect organised religions so we should leave yellow and her beliefs alone. <3

Sorry :( it wasnt ment in a nasty way, although it did come across a bit like that cos of how i typed it, im feeling all guilty now dont like to hurt peoples feelings etc, you're lovely, i would give you a kiss n cuddle, n another kiss n another cuddle and so on, cos im generious like that

Again, it pains me to say so, but I agree with ginger pubes here.

I refuse to do any stims without benzos on hand. Have had too many lying in bed moments with my heart racing and panice ensuing. But that's just me.
