Quick question, I see multiple members of this community mentioning benzos, I know the classification of the drug, but is there a specific one that people refer to?

Like Valium, or something like that?

If you are new to benzos just keep in mind It's EXTREMELY DANGEROUS to mix Benzodiazepines and Methadone!!!!!!

When you do get a chance to try them, don't take a handfull to show off to your friends. Just take maybe a 1/4 of something. Valium causes hypnotiq effects so don't drive while on valium. Other benzos like xanax and ativan are dangerous in high doses. If thats what you have do not exceed more than one bar (2mg) over the night. Not only xanax will make you not remember things, it will also make you do stupid things ( I can't take them I know if I do, I break out in handcuffs, Its bad when you take xanax bars at a party and wake up in jail.) Be carfull dude!

I'm not sure what you do for other drugs OP. You should know that benzos can be really fucking weird too. I mean if you're opiated you know it, with benzos you can be too fucked to realize it. Its like you think your fine but everyone else is watching you do everything in sloooooow motion.

Lol ya benzos do make you crazy or XanaX made me crazy at least. I ended up leaving my house at like two in the morning to go steal things after a 2mg bar kicked in. For the next four hours I was breaking into cars going into people's backyards and just doing retarded things till I found myself mad far away from home. Luckily I stole a bike so I just rode home with all my new treasures as soon as the sun came up.

Benzos (as they are commonly called, short for benzodiazepines) are a widely used class of drugs, valued for their properties as a hypnotic (sleep-inducing), anxiolytic, and muscle relaxer, though they have many other uses such as light sedation before a minor surgery.
These drugs are most commonly found in pill form, but benzos such as lorazepam (Ativan), diazepam (Valium) and Midazolam are commonly given via IV or IM in hospitals.
A few examples, listed from weakest to strongest in relative strength, are as follows (common brand names are in parentheses):
lorazepam (Ativan)
oxazepam (Serax)
diazepam (Valium)
clonazepam (Klonopin)
alprazolam (Xanax)
temazepam (Restoril)
flunitrazepam (Rohypnol, or "roofie" on the street)
These drugs are sought after by illicit users because they can help a tweaker get some sleep or relief from anxiety, they can help a junkie in withdrawal calm his nerves a bit, or they may be used by an alcoholic if he cannot get a drink because their effects are similar to alcohol.
Benzodiazepines have almost completely replaced barbiturates for things like insomnia. Although they are supposedly less addicting than barbiturates, they are still quite addicting and withdrawal symptoms will develop if chronic, heavy use is ceased suddenly.
Be cautious of effects that resemble alcohol intoxication: somnolence, slurred speech, loss of coordination, loss of balance, and blackouts that lead to temporary amnesia are very common.

and on a related note, had a headache all day yesterday took two tramadols and, NO pain relief arrrgh, when I actually need it to do what its supposed to do it don't. so I'm gonna be slurpin back a few cans whats the safest thing to pop for this damn headache, sleepin with my lil baby makes me cramped because she's a bed hog, neck/headache last 2 days

Dont take trems for a headache, they will not help, infact they might make it worse. Sometime theyr the direct cause of my headaches. So becareful you might end up making your headache worse.

If it's a hangover headache the only thing you can really do is just wait it out. the next time you drink try to drink a glass of watter after each beer/shot, yeah I found out the hard way on new years. As for medicine goes, I found out IBprophin works like a charm. Not only for headaches but for those hangover body aches. And alot of sleep and rest. You can only wait it out, I've also found out that taking nice warm showers help hangovers, only for the time while your in the shower, once you get out you still feel shitty.

just take some tylenol and you'll be straight. they have these OTC pills you can buy at the drug store or whatever that you take before you go out and drink that will keep you from waking up in the morning with a hangover.

I didn't have a headache so much from drinking, more so from sleeping cramped more of a neck strain issue, but because I do drink every other day or so I do not take Tylonol whatsoever, even in opiates. But yeah when I get my 12 pack and burn one the headache will be pleasantly removed

older, expired pills are ok to take, just the potency has lowered like a few people has stated, but they'll still work pretty good as long as they've been in a cabinet.

I cant eat opiates when I'm hungover I just throw them up. People take opiates for headaches all the time, I think it's best just to use your 2 pointer fingers and rub in circular motions in front of your ears, in the sensitive spots. works great!

With most (if not every) benzo the best option is to swallow them. It's pointless to snort them and even more pointless to try and shoot them.

You can crush or chew them before swallowing, but unless it's an extended release pill you don't really gain that much.
