Lithium should be ok im guessing, seroquel will be dangerous due to added CNS depression, valproate may be dangerous due to it's effects on gaba, as for the other one i have no fucking idea.

Alprazolam does get absorbed faster sublingually. Not a ton faster, maybe 10-15 minutes instead of 20-30 minutes so it probably doesn't matter to most, but it's useful for an occasional panic attack, especially if you know you have a full stomach. If nothing else it's something to focus on while it's taking effect.

the first 10 of those 10 to 15 minutes must be because the pill is still solid in your mouth. sublingual xanax kicks in in almost no time flat. i can feel it in 2 minutes.

Yeah sub administration is the 2nd fastest next to snorting (DO NOT snort benzos, it will do nothing but destroy nasal tissue).

Sometimes (for me anyway) the klonopin will glob up under my tongue and never dissolve. Seems to happen when I got dry mouth for one reason or another. I find if I drink enough water beforehand and I move around a bit while it's sitting there--it dissolves MUCH faster.

For the record I found brand name pills dissolve better than the generic benzos

just take some tylenol and you'll be straight. they have these OTC pills you can buy at the drug store or whatever that you take before you go out and drink that will keep you from waking up in the morning with a hangover.

Are you speaking of Chaser? The hangover remedy? Those only work if you drink responsibly--like 1 beer per hour or something like that. If you drink more than your liver can process and eliminate, you will still get pished and possibly wake up with a hangover.

nope. not at all. it's just concerta. the only difference is it will kick in faster.

Edit: just wanna make sure you know that this WILL break the time-release feature and you will effectively take 36mg at once.

CWE Question

After posting in the wrong forum, I figured I'd post here. I just have a quick question regarding CWE. In a hypothetical situation, lets say that I CWE'd 20mg of hydrocodone. I realize that the effects come on quicker when you drink the solution, but does that also mean that it exits your system faster as well - or is it the same duration no matter how it is ingested?
