Quick development of etizolam tolerance?

If you're taking them regularly - even just 3 or 4 times a week for any length of time the withdrawal when you stop taking them is very nasty. Very, very unpleasant suicidal despair.

I found them a bit odd in this respect and others way back and a consequence don't bother with them, personally I'm sure I'm better off with Xanax.

Combining alcohoo and benzos can Increase CNS depression. I find with etizolam and booze it can turn you into a bit of a booze monster and be almost stimulating for a while. As soon as you stop drinking you just pass out.

There is definitely a synergistic effect, hence my draw to benzos as my booze intake got out of control but I've never heard of it being dangerous.

I'd usually drink from 6pm to about 11pm then drop a load of valium and try and make it up the stairs, not a good look at all and I suppose the danger of physical injury is quite real.

There seems to be a difference between taking some benzos and then drinking and drinking then taking benzos at the tail end. Before can be quite nice, after you are already quite pissed you will be all over the place.

So I have heard, at the time I was taking them all the time, so was swimming in the stuff, but I always took a big dose before collapsing into bed.

It was a bad time and not some thing I'm in anyway proud of, how I was managing to function I have no idea but I think if I had carried on a great deal longer the consequences could have been much worse than they were.

In general I'd avoid the combo, but talking to others it seems ok in moderation every now and again, I'm unable to mange such self control.

Don't take it that often if you want to keep reasonable tolerance.

And drinking on benzos is quite risky especially moderate to high doses of either both. Can cause death and will definitely cause problems for your social life.

Never got the next day anger thing tho. Even on I'm usually a calm guy.

What, if a two-tonne package of etizolam was dropped on my head from great height as a Heineken truck strikes me?!

Have a word before you start posting ill-informed buffoonery like this.

To the rest of you who've taken the time to reply, thanks for your info & advice - it's appreciated. Think I'm gonna abstain for at least a week and stick to weed!!

Cheers. %)

Alcohol and benzos ( or Etiz ) are not things that you should be combining on a regular basis, as dependence both physically and mentally can be very unpleasant and difficult to resolve.

I'd avoid benzos more than 1 day a week and then keep the dosing low, if it's not working skip a week, tolerance is a bitch with this stuff and doing higher doses will lead to a steeper climb up the tolerance ladder.

You might want to think about why you are feeling the need to take these things in that way, if your so unhappy or stressed you feel the need to escape it may be time to discuss this with a doctor, if not knock it on the head and save them for special occasions.

Aye that's it, just that I need to make those special occasions slightly more special and slightly less frequent! ;)
