Qualuude ??

There is a widely available synthesis available on the net in the Rhodium archives.
 
They used to be legal by prescription in South Africa but now they are completly banned and illegal like anyother drug (heroin, cocaine, etc) and carries a heavy penalty.

HOWEVER, there may be one or two countries that still make Qualudes under different names of course since Qualude is the American name. I think other countries in Africa may still prescribe in some cases this drug, if not mabye Asian or Arab countries....I know though that there is/are 1 or 2 countries still producing this drug legally for Rx.

Anybody know which country/countries?
 
djxanax, by "a widely available synthesis"? Do you mean that there is a recepie type of thing that tells you how to make it (with proper chemistry skills)? Or........what do you mean by that?
 
What country/countries in the world still produce methaqualone or methaqualone containing drugs/compounds?

South Africa used to have it but it got banned. It is 100% illegal in South Africa. However I have not even the slightest idea of its black market availibility in South Africa. Anybody?
 
Holy crap... I read through this whole thread thinking that someone had some experience with the lude before. I have an interesting tale.

A friend of mine I used to get shit from (all sorts of shit,he was just "the guy") was doing some construction work on an old house. They were in the process of banging out a wall between two rooms and discovered like 4 bottles of 31 ludes, dating back to 80-something. He gave me a bottle and I bullshit not that those things were fucking awesome. Maybe I had some placebo but everyone else that took them with me felt the same things and we werent in the places nor times to do so. I remember it was like swimming in the floor kind of joyfulness. Hell compared to the few times I've done X I'd probably like it more than anything else I've ever done.

nice, how would a lude compare to the more popular opioids such as oxycodone and hydrocodone, or would the buzz be more comparable to alprazolam or diazepam?Would users rather take an opioid or a lude? any experienced users please share
 
I love opiates and pot the best. I'd have to say I liked the feeling from ludes better than any benzo or opiate. I'd compare how I felt to ecstasy really and I'd chose ludes over that. I wish we could find some in the walls of my house...
 
I too am too young to have tried the original, but a stronger version is out there. You just need to look hard enough.
 
methylmethaqualone, look it up on wiki. supposed to be about 5-6 times stronger

The where more like benzos than opiates. They were supposed to be an alternative to barbituates but there wasn't much difference really.

They were pretty strong with some serious amnesiac effects.

are you sure you got the real thing? not an insult, if you were around when they were than sorry i asked. just i think a lot of people get valium sold as qualudes.
 
I dont see how thats possible considering anybody who knows their shit should know that valium was never produced as a capsule unless someone is crushing up 10mgs and packing them into a red or blue shaped capsule with a pointed end on it . Just remember to be careful when tryin to hunt down this forbidden fruit of a drug . theres a lot of unscrupulous individuals out there who will do anything to turn a buck ..
 
I'm an older person who was lucky to try those Qualudes
back in the mid 70's. They were big,Round and said Rorer 714
on them. They were the best and at the time I was taking seconal,tuinal and placydl.
They were like Halcion X10. I was also taking Percodan Endo 33 big yellow pills.
They were nice too. Now it's just xanax and a few beers.
 
idk i just heard of peopel selling valium as qualudes. I know qualudes came in tablets too, so idk prolly unexperienced people. i havent tried qualudes, but i think i would know if it was valium.
may try this new stuff, but its$$$
 
Yeah, unfortunately you won't find any real methaqualone in the US these days.

Just because methylmethaqualone is more potent does not make it more euphoric. Look at the more euphoric benzos, they're generally not the most potent.

Who'd take fentanyl over heroin? (equipotent doses, that is).
 
dont know y anyone would take fent over h, but i havent done either. see other thread for the question.

ive heard methylmethaqualone is more euphoric, but yea just cause its stronger doesnt mean that.

i dont have the $$ to get it otherwise id write a report. maybe i will shortly.

sheit, heroin anyday. but wouldn't a better analogy be who would take meth over amphetamine, or MDMA over MDA?
 
umm... no. Those are backwards- because in those cases the more potent drug is more euphoric. And MDMA can't really be compared to MDA at all.

Oddly though, I can't find anything indicating that methylmethaqualone is actually more potent. It could be, but the methyl is on the phenyl ring. Shouldn't that make it less potent, actually? I'm thinking of PEAs, which definitely don't transfer over here.

hmmm oops i was under the impression that we haven't established that methylmethaqualone is actually more euphoric, just more potent because of the addition of a methyl group. and from personal experience i would say MDA is more comparable to MDMA than fentanyl to heroin. but on the subject of MeMethaqualone being more potent, wouldnt one just haff to look at the overall polarity of the molecule?

edit: i should clarify... overall polarity of the molecule compared to the non-methylated counterpart.
