Happy to hear your experience was not negative but can you comment on how much you believe this to be attributed to the preload versus a low tolerance and possible better than normal quality material. Essentially are these effects what we would consider "statistically significant" from normal.

The potency I experienced was at least twice, perhaps three times what I am used to with material I have also believed to be of high quality. I always do cocaine with no tolerance, so fortunately that factor has been accounted for. However, I have not tried this batch without this potentiation regimind, so I cannot say for sure how much (if any) of the potency was due to the material itself.

That said, I think most of it is justifiably attributable to the Tyrosine + CYP3A4 inhibitor combination, just based on the pharmacology at work. In addition to greater potency and effect from a given amount, which I believe is mostly due to topping off dopamine stores with Tyrosine (though enzyme inhibition will help), the duration of effects from each dose seemed notably extended, a definite indication of the CYP inhibition.

As a bottom line, I think the materials used cost much less than the extra amount of material that would be required to emulate the effects, even if my findings are falsely optimistic for some reason.

Interesting analysis, I was just curious because it seemed like a rather small amount of GF juice for CYP inhibition. I was always under the impression that it took quite a bit and should be redosed throughout your high every few hours to keep enzymes inhibited.

tyrosine isn't going to do anything unless you are really deficient in your diet.
