Propofol - WOW

I got my hands on a vial of 20 mg of propofol a few weeks ago when my wife had a c section at the hospital. I did some intensive reading on it. Finally today i got up the courage to try it iv.

ive just done .1 mg iv mixed with saline. so far no burn. Im feeling really good kind of like almost an opiate high with the drowsiness of benzos.

i just did a .2 shot im feeling ever better. My whole body feels warm inhibitions are gone.

I was just wondering if anyone has experimented with this stuff. im going slightly under the theraputic use doing no more then 1ml/mg per half hour
 
Meh. You have a new baby, man.
I'm not one to judge, but maybe the baby gives you a good reason to stop messing around with drugs. I couldn't imagine growing up without a father.
Be safe, and sorry I don't have any input on propofol.
 
I wouldnt be doing it if i wasent having such a bad headache. I have epilepsy and these terrible headaches that make me want to die. I read that propofol has been used to stop headaches and seizures. My doctor wont prescribe me my monthly dose of percoset this month so im really hurting. I want to stop going to the er because its only temporary help and i think the doctors dont want me going there anymore
 
This is a powerful anaesthetic that can stop your breathing and is only rarely reported to be very much fun. Not a good idea.
 
I'm Feeling REALLY good right now. Ive used such a small dosage i dont think i have to worry about any breathing problems.
 
when a bunch of junkies are telling you not to do a drug, you should seriously examine whether or not you should be doing that drug.

no. it is nothing like "Special K" or ketamine at all.

and notice it talks about mechanically ventilated patients. they need mechanical ventilation because they're not fucking breathing, and they're not fucking breathing because they're not fucking propofol.

Im done with it for tonight. I know what im doing i have a friend that is an anesthesiologist. My respiratory system must me super human. When i was younger and less stable i once swallowed 30 clonadine followed by 15 chewed up 100mg mscontins. I didnt even go to the er just woke up with a terrible headache took me a day to recover.

If you understood the pain im going through with these headaches you would be willing to try anything to relieve the pain. The seizures are taking over my life im trying to find something that can stop them
 
i was also under the impression that propofol was very dangerous to use without the supervision of an anesthesiologist. i know because i enjoyed it so much i researched recreational use even though i have no way of obtaining it.
 
propofoler you might sit here and say you "know what your doing" and that your friend is a "anesthesiologist" but somekindalove is a R.N and knows what he's talking about so I would listen to him.
 
My dad was given this for his colonoscopy and he always jokes about how he wants to "get a hold of some of that stuff!" lol
 
I have chronic pain and I know the desperation of needing to relieve it... but I would not risk my life for a short amount of relief and I don't even have a kid depending on me! I'm also not too arrogant to listen to the advice of others.
 
Headache just got worse this stuff is very short acting. I think im gonna go to the er. Ive been there like 3 times last week. They were giving me scripts for percaset. Im wondering if i should go back. can you get in trouble for too many e r visits?
 
Ehhh nothing can hurt going to the ER exept your wallet, try and talk to your docotr to recieve your scripts! Tell him the headaches are so bad that you can barely get out of bed, and it gets so bad you NEED to go to the ER for relief!

Bullshit reason. Take some fucking tylenol or see a doctor and tell him GASP- the truth about your headaches.
Then you won't have to IV a drug that should only be used by a medical professional, because you will probably slip up at some point and kill yourself. It sounds harsh, but thats how it goes.
Like SKL said, when junkies are warning you not to do something... you know you've hit a new low.

PM me your phone number so I can call your son/daughter when you kick the bucket and tell him/her that Daddy's taking a nap. The kind you don't wake up from.
