just to add if you going to do that to the Dr. go for it all or nothing. I was paying $20 for 10cc 200mg cyp, prop & enathate. All 3 were $20 each for a bottle. So look how much you can make or save? Then you know you gonna get nolvadex,hcg & clomid no questions asked. You gotta feel out these doc's, they all diff & it may take a while

will the doctor be able to prescribe me anti estrogens?

as she knows im on steroids and if i make up some bullsh1t story that ive stopped taking them and am starting to feel like a girl and need some anti estrogens, will she prescribe me them?
 
Nope- we don't get quacks in the UK. You'd have a hard time persuading an NHS doc to prescribe something like that.
 
Well... I went in for my physical today. The bloodwork showed a test level on the lower end of the "normal" range. But I made a case for working out hard on a regular basis and not seeing much for results recently. I'm also getting on in years and feel hormone replacement therapy would offer many health benefits. I had been on antidepressants in the past and my GP told me it could help with that as well. I was prescribed AndroGel 1% test gel with 2.5mg in each blister packet to be applied on shoulders or stomach once a day. I'll go back for a follow up in a month and if theres no real improvement, he'll up it to 5mg.

If that doesnt work we'll go to injectables, although they have a tendency to peak and then bottom out.

Any advice on when and how to dose?

Follow the instructions that come with the AndroGel. I was prescribed the AndroGel pump at 8 pumps per day. I would rub it on my stomach and front shoulder area in the morning after a shower with a loofah to exfoliate the skin.

It only raised my total t level 18 points, from 191 to 209. It seems to be ineffective in about 15% of patients.

I was subsequently put on injectible @ 250mg q 7 days and it has become a Sunday morning ritual sticking myself in the ass with a needle for the last 2 years. And every week for the rest of my life.
