Pre / Post Loading - some ideas

Hello Everyone,

Had a very interesting MDMA experience on NYE. Tried to use magnesium to counter jaw clenching and always use 5HTP on the come down. I've now decided I want to give the subject some more serious thought and prepare carefully for my next little roll. I'm going to experiment and see if pre- and post-loading has an effect not only on MDMA experiences but others substances such as 5 and 6 APB.

There is some very useful information in the MDMA Essential guide - http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/threads/79027-MDMA-Essential-Guide-v1.00?postid=912518#post912518 - which contains some really interesting links. I realise that harm-reduction is the most important aspect of these practices yet I'm also extremely keen to try and maximise the roll, in terms of intensity and duration. More specifically, I seem to have a really slow metabolism which makes the come-up last an age.

I'd be interested in hearing any pre-load / post-load regimes that you have found effective. There is a couple of weeks before I need to start my pre-load stage so hopefully we can come up with some ideas. When I write my next trip report, I'll include a specific and very detailed account of my pre- and post-load regime and whether I found anything to be particularly effective.

Well, it just so happens that I bloody love dark chocolate! Would it make a difference with 90% solids? I do like my dark chocolate bitter.

As for the e-diet as a whole, looks awesome and I'll give it a go. What would you say about additional supplements, vitamins C and E, magnesium, Grape Seed Extract etc? Another thing you don't discuss is grapefruit juice which seems to possess some very interesting properties? Any thoughts?

One that I must share with you all is green or white tea. Or, if you like your tea, try a big cup with a green and white tea. If you don't like your tea, try a cup of green tea and a spoonful of honey. Have it a couple of hours before rolling. Seems to get things going :)
 
Oh, and another little question. Would pre-loading work with any Research Chemical analogues of MDMA? I have tried both 5 and 6APB (worth trying if you can't get the good stuff) but didn't pre load seriously with either. A little experiment with 6 is next on my list so I'll give it a go and report back.
