Had a very interesting MDMA experience on NYE. Tried to use magnesium to counter jaw clenching and always use 5HTP on the come down. I've now decided I want to give the subject some more serious thought and prepare carefully for my next little roll. I'm going to experiment and see if pre- and post-loading has an effect not only on MDMA experiences but others substances such as 5 and 6 APB.

I realise that harm-reduction is the most important aspect of these practices yet I'm also extremely keen to try and maximise the roll, in terms of intensity and duration. More specifically, I seem to have a really slow metabolism which makes the come-up last an age.
I'd be interested in hearing any pre-load / post-load regimes that you have found effective. There is a couple of weeks before I need to start my pre-load stage so hopefully we can come up with some ideas. When I write my next trip report, I'll include a specific and very detailed account of my pre- and post-load regime and whether I found anything to be particularly effective.
