I can’t seem to get past day 5 or 6. All I do is sleep and eat. I feel like crap and so I use again to “right the ship” but then I’m back where I started.
Does anyone have any practical advice re: what/what not to eat, do, etc. to blunt the agony that is the withdrawal process?
Because I can’t miss work this likely needs to be a dyi proposition.
