Post your recipies for coming down here!

Weed, of course, but if I don't have that I find just sitting there talking to friends helps a lot because it takes my mind off my physical/mental discomfort. Most of the time I have to force myself to do it, but it's a lot better than just sitting around feeling shitty.
 
im with you doors...

i sometimes make the mistake of trying to force myself to sleep too soon after, i find weed helps... also my own bed/couch is almost necessary, some crackers and warm soup, a good movie, and a super comfy pair of sweatpants!!!
 
if i want to keep partying - 2 g of ghb or a couple double vodka redbulls. works very well

if i want to go to sleep - 3g of ghb.

works like a charm!!! (especially ghb to go to sleep because i wake up about 4-5 hours later feeling very well rested compared to times i have gone without it)

surprisingly enough going to a good party (of the dance kind) the next day, during the afternoon, feels amazing and brings me a good 10hours closer to feeling normal again


PS: i for one hate smoking weed on the comedown. it gave me lots of colourful visuals which was fun but also made me feel veeery sketchy and i couldn't go to sleep that easily (felt uneasy going to sleep which i hate)

Sounds awesome to me! I love David Attenborough and strange creatures amuse and intrigue me. Some weetbix with banana's and some funny cartoons are good too. As well as a nice warm/cool shower if youve been dancing at a club all night. (depending on the weather where you are!) :)
 
-first off get good pills or mandy, im lucky enough to always get mandy (mdma crystals) so i dont get a bad comedown other than feeling a bit drained and tired. monday i feel a little depressed

- get a good nights sleep, lie in and then chill on a nice comfy sofa with mates, have a spliff if u want and orange juice

- get some soup as its easier to eat than solid stuff

- put on a good film or tv show, something simple

- coffee helps or warm hot chocolate

- save some cigarettes for the comedown, nothing worse than when u have to get up to buy some more because u smoked em all the night before

- good weather makes a difference, if its raining and dark it makes it a lot worse, unfortunately its winter for us in the uk so it gets dark early and by the time i wake up i only have a few hours daylight. its nice to wake up to sun.
 
on comedown i pop a bar and drink a beer. put on some chill music or dubstep, watch whatever is on tv with no volume.
 
Immediately after: any post-loading supplements/vitamins/etc.

Then, smoke as much weed as it takes to get your appetite up, eat something nourishing (as much as you can shovel in). Drink lots of water and/or a hot beverage.

Take a hot shower.

At this point, you've replenished your body with much needed nutrients and fuel, you feel cleansed and reborn from the shower, and you're still a bit high from the weed.

Optional before sleeping: Xanax/a beer/opiates

Sleep.

Wake up, force yourself to get some exercise, shower, then eat. You'll feel like new again.

we always roll at night (we most usually preload with pills and grapefruit juice or fresh grapefruit), and then go to somebody's in the morning, so:
company!
beer
weed
conversation + more music
bananas! (especially for what's coming:)

then I start giving previously prepared handfulls of pills to people who totally trust me:

1000mg vitC*
200-300mg 5-HTP*
500mg GABA*
400 IU vitE*
1000mg L-Glutamine
200-400mg Mg
(* is a must, we never miss it since we started pre- and postloading)

and plenty of mineral water (2-3 glasses) before going to bed (cuddling or/and having sex is always nice if we're not wasted)

then when everybody wakes up we smoke weed again, go out and meet the others for a soup or just move to somebody else's place :)
 
My recipe for a comedown is plain and simple:

*shower
*sex
*cartoons
*lots and lots of sparkling wine/champagne

Can't go wrong =D
 
what's with the xanax? :) I haven't tried it before. GABA works perfectly for me, and it's healthier, especially if a part of a good postload.
 
i like to plan lazy days for the day after, wake up and get baked then eat... spend the day laying down smoking weed and cigarettes while watching tv
