prochlorperazine or quentiapine, or very rarely, droperidol/haloperidol.
force my self to eat something of high food value.
some gatoraide.
go to bed. (yes, the AP's are that strong...they send me right to the sack)

after that
a) nothing...i feel fine.
b) if i'm feeling sluggish and gotta get up. smoke some meth.
c) if I feel emotionally down or sad, opiates and snuggles with someone.
 
From experience get out in nature! Go for a walk! its amazing what a bit of gentle excercise in beautifull surroundings can do for the mind and body! :) <3

I totally agree. My best comedown was leaving a party with my sister - we had to walk for about an hour to get home. We were talking and I felt the pill effects slowly fading away from my body. When we got home we slept a lot and just felt tired the next day, but that was mostly for dancing the night away. And there wasn't even nature envolved, but it's probably even better.
 
on the come down smoke a couple bowls
before you roll take a 5htp and a vitamin c
good drinks usually are lemonaide,orange juice, xxx vitamin water so on..
i eat nicely before
i hydrate
i eat a nice meal after
take another 5htp
then sleep for a whole day
then im usually fine
it takes like 3 days though for that foggy feeling to go away wich is annoying
 
Ganja

seriously i wont use any substance with out having any Ganja or Hash to smoke its my allspice of meds/making me feel better.it cures hang-overs,helps you come down off E, L, shrooms, Yayo, twack(i hate speed except when a TINY bit is in a pill). It gets rid of the head aches i dont bring on to myself...(1=D 2:! then finally:()relaxes me, pain, insomnia,and always a pick me up%).Also in my case it helps me to not to want to kill most of the dumb people that sit at my tables/section(im s server)[/COLOR]

step by step for a non-sketchy hangover after rave

1) brush your teeth (incase you've been chewing gum/cheeks all night)
2) nice warm bath
3) one 50mg 5htp
4) a glass of fresh warm water
*in about less than hour you should be able to rest or sleep

if you don't feel like sleeping
*do step 1 & 2*
3) smoke a little weed (less than quarter gram) *smoke too much will make you paranoid or sketchy
4) you should feel the ecstasy feeling back up
5) keep your cotton mouth wet with your choice of beverage
6) after coming down on weed, you should be able to eat a little (hot greasy food or fruits)

I only came down once, and that was the first time I rolled. My buddy fed me 6 red [?] budhas, and 2 blue glocks [spelling?]. I was really fucked up... But it was DAMN fun. Anyway, I straight up felt like shit for at least 6 days.
So yeah, after that, every other roll I had, I just ended up smoking some dope, taking a xanax, and going to bed -- next day I felt alright, but not normal [if you know what I mean]. On my last 2 recent rolls/jiggs, I ate same amount of beans [ which were White Omegas ( or True Religions?)] which was 5. The first time, I didn't do nothing, I rolled... then went to work, feeling ... so and so. But the last time I took them, I bought Vitamic C - 884% DV in one tab. I think I ate over half bottle of them, which was about hmmm... 30-35 vitamics C.

NO LIE! I took 2 beans [chewed one, swallowed other] at 10pm, then I took half of one at like 11pm...and rest around 1am. Man, I fucking rolled from friday midnightish, till fucking sunday morning, and crazy part about that is that i DO not --- feel like shit. Matter of fact, I feel good.

So vitamic C... is really that... great???
