Ok so we all agree... ecstacy is GREAT!=D But I think we all would agree also that the come down isn't.:( What goes up must come down - gravity's unfortunate rule. My recipie for having an ok to even a good come down is this:

Find good clean pills
Eat a proper meal before hand
Try to stay up for the duration of the rave/party/office christmas event
Crash at a fellow rollers gaff that night
Have lots of weed/hash
Smoke your brains out until you a) feel great again and b) pass out
Have a long lie in in the morning
Have a decent breakfast topped up with a vitamin pill
Do it all again

I hate doing E without dope to smoke after because unless its pure I always have trouble getting to sleep and feel terrible the next day. I know you can take a sleeping pill (one pill to make you tall, the other to make you small) but its not quite as fun that way:)
 
I really don't ever have issues with coming down. I do try to have a good amount of vitamin-rich juices the following day just for good measure.
 
Eat a good meal at least 2 hours before you roll, and after you roll, afterglow, go to sleep, when you wake up you feel great. I have done it many times with pure MDMA, and works just fine.
 
alcohol (and nitrous if i have the money). no weed for me any more these days.. that shit catches up to you.. triggers panic attacks now a days. perhaps some benzos like valium or xanax?
 
bananas are a great food to force down while coming down or the day after. i cant eat any solid foods but i reccomend bananas or soup to eat for the night and day after rolling :)
 
I've only had a bad come down once(have only done it <10 times)... All my friends had the same thing happen to them with these same pills we all felt like shit for a few days and our backs ached like a mother fucker, but it was an awesome roll.

Weeks later I took the same pills and had no after effects.... This time I was up for 2 1/2 days straight though feeling awesome.
 
the problem with alcohol/weed i have for coming down is that the couple hours (probably about 4) after i roll, it takes a LOT of weed/alcohol to effect me in any way.

but i must say, when i do get the right amount, they work like a charm.

also, xanax works pretty well for the comedown.

In that order!
 
pop a few multi vitamins, a protein shake and off to bed. im pretty much always in bed before the come down and getting a good sleep helps.
 
200-300mg of 5htp, 1000mg vitamin c (very good for you before and after rolling), bananas are a good source of potassium which is a very good boost of energy, gatorade, strawberries, orange juice, talking/hanging out with friends you rolled with the night before, and maybe some weed too.

Yep yep :).

Also worth mentioning that bananas contain Tryptophan, so you're getting some of the same benefits as you would from taking 5-HTP.
