I actually found hot air ballooning a bit TOO gentle. I've always been a bit of a thrill-seeker and hot air ballooning just didn't satisfy my needs.
I look forward to eventually going sky diving [when I have the $$]

hot air ballooning was awesome, its really quite gentle, not windy or anything, and it sound silly but everything is so captivating you dont really realise that you arent completely safe. but it is very rare that a balloon would ever catch fire brad, they have like fireproof material...
it costs about 300 per person...so its rather on the expensive side, but totally worth it!
