Because it was 30 degrees most days (and not much less at night!) most dining was done outdoors. This was at Tokoriki resort, where the tables overlooked the horizon pool and the ocean and it was lit by flaming torches... just beautiful.

I wanna go back!

That pic espeically reminds me of when Mr S and i were in Thailand, and the only way to dine was outdoors... tiki torches everywhere, tables on the sand, looking out at the full-moon reflecting on the ocean... magic. I'm so happy you guys had a great time, you make me want to go to Fiji!
