Any advice for preparing/recovering from an MDMA experience, eg supplements, nutrition?

I'm going to scoot this over to Ecstasy Discussion as they cover MDMA-related queries :)

BDD > ED

I usually try and take Selenium (an anti oxidant) and magnesium (combats bruxism) before and 5-htp for the comedown. Eating healthily before and after is a good idea too.

There are quite literally close to 50 threads about this topic already. Please search mdma preloading and post loading in the search function for all of the suggestions you could possibly need.

I've had no luck with magnesium. I take 450mg chelated magnesium daily for a few days, then an hour before I take about 600mg. It didn't seem to make a difference. Anyone have any idea why?

Doesn't work for everyone. Magnesium treatment has never stopped my jaw.

Hello Dopam

There is a lot of info on here already a search for the relevant topic should dig up a whole load of info for you.

This link should shed some light on the preload plan. Some of the suggestions are debatable but lots of good stuff in there.

After rolling Omega 3, 5HTP, genko, Vit B to name a few.

Have fun

Be safe

Thanks for sharing this futura - really excellent advice & breakdown on this page. Working on my own pre- & post-load plan right now... ;)<3

To add to this I would also recommend Neurozan.

The good thing about this is it has a whole host of the stuff you require without individual purchases.

Keep us posted on your findings always good to hear about others findings :)

Thanks! I'll check this out. Will definitely keep you updated on my plan & findings - will be testing soon how magnesium works for a friend who has quite excessive grinding & clenching issues with the jaw.
