I hope all of you who voted Coalition like Peter Costello, because if Little Johnny retires within the next 3 years (as if he's not going to) then that's who we're stuck with (nice easy way to become PM hey?). If this does happen, we can only hope that it will turn out the same way as it did when Keating took over from Hawke.

What really pisses me off is that Little Johnny now thinks that because "Australia has spoken" (pfft) he can keep attempting to pull the wool over our eyes and treat us as if we are morons (judging by the election result; we are) and that we'll be fiiiiine with it.

Sickening.

Tell me a few things that are actually wrong about the labor party Macksta?

Im sure their shit dont stink

Testify

Like I was saying before, depending where you stand ideologically Im sure you could find a lot wrong with them.

I'll leave that up to you though Tim because I can't think for you.

drug addicted psycho: you obviously earn over $50,000 pa, are private school educated, have never been a university student, don't work in the health industry, have never been a patient, don't care about the environment, the treatment of detained refugees and their children, the fact that we're fighting in a war that has nothing to do with us, that we are now (ironically) more of a terrorist target than ever before, that people who are old and people with mental illness are being neglected and that our arts and movie industry is neglected and considered unimportant. Oh and let's not forget how important FAMILIES are. Because there are no single people, single parents or anyone outside the NORMAL family unit in Australia. Apparently.

So long as your ok with that.

Eh. I knew poor old Mark wasn't going to cut it. But I'm still pissy.

Congratulations Australia for being afraid,
For sending a message to the world that we support war without reason,
For caring more about the budget surplus than homeless kids.
Sure Latham and Labor aren't perfect, and have made mistakes in the past - but the true value of a person is shown when mistakes are admitted and learnt from - not covered up and lied about.
And to those who voted Family First, you are the new One Nation voters. It is my sincere hope that the fate that fell on Pauline Hanson and her team of misogynist bigots comes knocking at your door.
At least Howard got it right when he said it was his duty to represent not only those who voted for him, but those who voted against him....and I will be making it clear for the next three years that I can't be blamed for the Right Wing fucks that now control our Parliament...

Thank Christ for the State Governments....

Don't worry you are now a martyr for the cause :)

The new objectives of the revolutionary movement are as follows:

* Overthrow (un)democratically elected douche bag from parliament.

* Free nickthecheese.

:)

I just caught a news update then that claimed the the f#*kwads have got the balance of power in the senate. It makes me feel sick to hear this kind of thing. Its bad enough they won government again. Now I'm not to cluey about how government works but wouldn't this mean the howard govt could do pretty much as it pleases?
Personally I dont think it is a healthy democracy if one narrow minded party has abosolute power.

I really hope that the greens win a couple more seats in the senate, preferably at the expense of the racist, biblefreak, homophobic bigots at family first!

Yeah Howard now has a "mandate" to govern.... and the people are apparently ok with that....
Whatever happened to voting for a major party in the HoR and 'attempting' to get some kind of check in the Upper House...

*cries*

sunflower you will be suprised to hear that i am strugling to pay my way through university. After atending one of the poorest state schools situated in one of the lowest socioeconomic regions of NSW. My mother is a nurse in a nursing home caring for the elderly. I am too lazy to care about the environment so ill leave the whining up to you. I agree with the war and I feel proud that we have helped so many people, yes helped, I was not a fan of Sadam's regeime. As for being a greater terrorist target I ask how many bombs have exploded under your house? Thats right none. As far as I have seen any funding for the arts is just spent on some post modernist abstract bullshit. I take offence that you think you no me, you don't so piss off you tool. Have you ever though that what is best for this country is not whats better for you. Im just glad that my struggle through university will be rewarded in the future as liberal policies are geared towards helping educated and motivated people.

Heads up. No-one was a fan of Saddam's regime.

How can you possibly say we are helping Iraqi's. When you compare the population of Iraq to the USA, Iraqi's are experiencing an equivilent 9/11 twice every month.

As for being a greater terrorist target I ask how many bombs have exploded under your house? Thats right none.

Umm, what about the blast at the Australian Embassy in Indonesia. That is Australian soil and that is our first taste of terrorism since 9/11.

The Liberal party policies are going to help educated and motivated people, yet by your own words you call yourself lazy.

I can see why you're struggling, but I'm not sure its financial. Grammar and spelling aren't your strong points are they?
