Please HELP - LSD fucked me

I can't find what is benadryl called in portuguese.

So is benadryl an allergy remedy? Why would it help? (just asking)

EAT!!!

I know it might come as a shock, but a healthy diet is key to feeling your best. Most drugs have the effect of killing your appetite, especially when you overdo it. And when you don't eat, not only is your body not able to recover from the effects of the substance you just consumed, but not eating in general can make you just feel plain ill.

You'd be surprised how many comedowns from many different substances can be avoided/minimized by eating right.

Go make yourself a few scrambled eggs, toast, maybe a sausage or two, and a nice tall glass of orange juice. I guarantee you you'll feel ten times better afterward.

edit: if you're still feeling too nauseous, try drinking a glass of 7up or ginger ale before you eat.

go to the store and ask for benadryl or something with diphenhydramine in it. Tylenol PM if you have it. Most OTC sleep aids have it in it. Unisom. Viabom. Something.
 
The problem is I ate loooots of turkey, milk and sugar yesterday and didn't seem to be better at all...

Yourtman, OK, I'll try to buy it, but what does it do exactly and how can it help?

benadryl is diphenhydramine, which is a first-line antihistamine. It has sedative and anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) effects. It will stimulate your appatite and help you feel normaler.

Go get it!
 
I wouldn't worry too much

I wouldn't worry too much man, this has happened to a lot of people.

The first time LSD really "worked" for me, I couldn't sleep for two days. I called my sister the day after the trip and told her how much I love our family and how nothing seems real anymore, and she called my grandparents. They had me come over, grandma fed me and grandpa had me paint a fence (lol).

I guess my point is, now that you realize what's so important to you, nurture those relationships and make the best out of your current situation.
 
haha, this is slightly humerous. Reminds me of a thread I had a while back while on ~150mg of d-amphetamine. Wouldn't listen to anyones answers that I was ok.

Your inability to eat is most likely mental, everyone has "grey" days after dosing and its lasted several days for me after heroic doses. Just man up, convince yourself that you are ok (which you are) and youll be completely back to normal in no time.

Yea, cool thing is after a trip you are more suggestible, especially to your own suggestions, if that makes any sense... which might explain part of how OP got into this extended "crash" state... but which also explains how to get back out of it.

No, not in Europe. In Europe Benadryl contain something else. It´s only in the states in contain diphenhydramin!!!

Edit: I am from Denmark and here Benadryl contain Acrivastin.

just dont take to much of the dramamine you will trip and not in a good way, you will be laying down and your thoughts will sound like their talking too yourself. wierd i know but true
 
i dont know where you heard LSD doesnt have lingering effects for a few days, but it does. it ususally takes me 2 days to feel totally normal again.
 
I would advise against melatonin... most pills of it you buy are overdosed which gives most people a VERY dysphoric trance like state with bizarre terrible dreamlets, followed by more inability to sleep.
 
Sometimes ONE blotter is very powerful and all you should take, mostly not the case though. However, the CID we have right now, I don't know if it's super dosed or what, but it is insanely powerful and I would not consider taking two. If you get a batch and have never taken any from it before, always start with one, don't double drop. If one is great and you know you can handle another, then you just drop the second one.
 
I agree about melatonin, it's a supplement sold at WalMart and many other stores, but horrible dreams and bad side effects the next day. I still recommend Klonopin.
 
anxiolytic drugs have been shown to reduce deep sleep. i don't know if it's the best idea to help someone "recover" so to speak, but it could help.
