I am not confident in my somewhat rusty nomenclatural skills and would like someone to confirm the correct nomenclature for the amide ring closed analogue of 1-(Benzofurazan-5-ylcarbonyl)piperidine

Ring closed how? Like this?

I dunno if this is right for benzofurazanyl, its what chemdraw came up with.

Yeah I wasn't sure how to close the ring... I figured just another 6 membered one. ^ You seem to think 5. Argh
(I expect both are active thou).
 
No, as allosteric glutamatergic AMPA agonists. aka ampakine-type drugs.
 
6-membered how? Like this? If so the amide carbonyl in the 6,6 one looks more hindered than the 6,5 one.

Edit: Interesting, never heard of them, anyone try one?
