Playing Video Games On Drugs[MEGA MERGED]

I play scoutzknivez mainly these days... I find that my skills are much improved when I play immediately after smoking some bud. I seem to be able to aim for the head much better when I'm high :D

Same for most other games too... like Super Smash Bros. Melee, Soul Calibur 2. I don't have much experience with racing or strategy games while I'm high though.

i don't know that smoking makes me play better or not.. but i do know that i enjoy playing more after smoking.. I've been playing CS since about 1.3. I play pretty much any map, and i'm in a Cal-I clan.. other than that.. i've been dicking around with source and half-life 2 deathmatch
 
I find while playing grandtheft auto vice city on the computer after smoking, i am much better, but while playing warcraft 3, i suck asssssssss

[edit] I would guess the reasoning is that warcraft 3 is a strategy game, and i come up with crazy strategies that rarely work.
 
That's a pretty interesting study. I have burnout, and when I was first playing I think I was slightly better while high. Over time I got better at driving sober, but I also stopped playing high at all; it's a very stressful game. I also had trouble driving the fastest cars while high just because I didn't want to go to the trouble of reacting to oncoming traffic at 200 mph.

I like some videogames while high, but only for an hour or two at a time - otherwise I wind up feeling dizzy and stressed out.
 
I think for me it depends on the high. Sometimes I'm in the mood to play crazy halo 2 or some other xbox/pc video games but only if it makes my high more fun. I found that playing games sometimes distracts me from the introspective moments of the high because you become purly focused on playing the game.
 
That is a really interesting study. In my opinion it depends on the person though. For alot of people, myself included, it calms the nerves. But I know even more people who freak out when they smoke. If I smoke hydro or chronic I'm much better at video games becuase it makes me more aware of things. However when smoking shwagg (or regular) weed I'm worse because I'm so lazy and tired.
 
In a lot of games, especially online shooters, I to not play as good when I'm stoned. But whenever I play games that are RPGs, I am awesome at them baked, and I seem to enjoy the game a lot more. I just like to play a nice RPG when I'm baked. Something I can sit down and relax. I also like to play GTA:SA stoned and I like the game so much better high.
 
it totally depends on the game in my experience. like every now and again me and my friends play good old smash bros and i fucking own in it but like when i went to switchbox( a gaming place in my city, calgary) i played CS and toltally bombed.either way its a lot more fun to play games high, when i was playing CS i would just like run around and laugh my ass off when i died
 
OMG!, other than going to the gym high (I know that sounds weird but it really helps me) playing cs high (on xbox live not comp) is my favorite thing to do.
StarCraft Bnet is extremely fun to play high as well. Being high makes the games so much more enjoyable.
Also any good rpg ex) suikoden 1,2 or 3 is sick, i hardcore get into em when I'm stoned.

I love to play super smash bros. melee right after a session. I get so damn into it, heh. I used to get stoned and play starcraft but luckily I broke free from that addiction lol.
 
as far as CS goes i have a killer shot with the AK/scout, but if anyone jumps out at me i get scared eazy and i have a really bad reaction time. i also suck balls at smash bros while high
 
If any of you play Enemy Territory, I'm usually LOS*LISERGICOS there.

Just look at the top of the list, I'll be right there baby :)
It's pretty much the only game I play.

I smoked a blunt wit my friends and we put on SC2. I swear I had ESP
 
I prefer caffeine and maybe a little meth, but not too much hehe. I cant stand CS, if I took that game to my local LAN they will feed me to the dogs!! Anyway CS was great in its day, used to play that game alot. And what I remember at the time, Id be on weed and cans of V-black
