To put it in perspective....compared to the UK pills that someone posted about with 140mg, the recent yellow clovers in my area have 70mg....so, that's considerably less. Heh, half as much! I'm new to rolling (less than a year) so i can't compare to "back in the day" but it sounds like the UK has it much better off than us Yanks fer sure.

Also this is another reason why I think pill quality went down. In this report I rolled with a 2nd timer and she needed a 1/2 of pill after her first whole one to mess her up good. I'm telling you they just don't make pills like they used to. Peace>%)

deal with the fact that someone has exposed your opinions (of what is really happening with the drug market) as being a load of shit

and back on topic. i dont know what pills are better 2 years ago or now. coz i havent been dropping since then.
but all i can say is the pills i have been getting my hands on have been fun for me:)
 
Hi all,

I started just over 2 years ago and although the pills I have nowdays don't equal the first couple of times they are as good as the ones after the first few times (guess it's due to the tolerance I have built up after the first few times).

Sometimes I still get pills though and they knock me for 6.

amen mystryman...pills of today are total garbage compared to two years ago. newbie rollers have nothing to compare to so they don't know what they're missing. if i was just starting, i'm sure i would think they're good too. but still, the pills of two years ago...are junk compared to 7 years ago (that's how good they were back then)!! it's just going to keep deteriorating.
 
as far as I can see... pills have changed very little in average quality.

generally, it'll take 3 to get me going properly, taken over a couple of hours.

sometimes less... sometimes more... but on average, 3.

I started to take pills with regularity (more than a couple of times a year) in abour '93 and from what I remember, it's always been like this. Occasionally a pill will come along that's so good, 1 - 1.5 will do the job nicely... points on case... the original doves (little fat ones) in '93 - '94 snowballs in '99, speckled mitsis in '00, hearts this year. But averaged across 10 years or so, they seem to have remained roughly the same.

I leave a few months (3 - 4) between taking pills... any less seems to have a deleterious effect on my tolerance.

Another name for loose "bowels" in America is called having the "Runs". So "Runs" means "shit".

I said "shitty runs", just a play on words!

I just noticed in the US the pills went down in strength. I thought It was me but I'm hearing it from all around where I live at. Newbie Rollers are dropping different kinds of logos and are needing 2 pills to get messed up. Not just 2 or 3 different ones. I'm talking on a guess only 3 in 10 pills that come in my area are 1 dose pills if that. all the rest are weak or poor quality. Like I said this is in the US in my city. That's why I started this thread, to see if it was just me or not. Peace>%)
