I always heard flatliners was just bullshit since the term came out. As in, a bit of police/govt./someone propaganda....face it, if you had pills that were potentially fatal u was gonna sell, why the hell would you tout them as flatliners?!

Eh? Are you being serious? I never said I don't feel nostalgic about some pills. I was just saying how I missed the blue playstations aswell. Was merely stating I feel some of the more recent pills in the 2000's have been as good as the 90's. Although I imagine nothing would have been as good as the snowballs were.

the original snowballs were not good.they were a serious mindfuck the likes of which i have NEVER experienced before or since with any drug,only the tough survived those fuckers!!!

First time I've seen anyone mention those and it's a positive mention.
In the papers they said they were up to 40 times stronger lol.
When I got one I thought I'd been had with an aspirin, that thought didn't last long.

At the same time the 'Tabloids' had a major problem with ecstasy in general! Every pill had the ability to make your spinal fluids leak, legs expode etc

All bar one, who had taken loads of it,of the about 5 people that died from taking it in '97-'98 had taken other drugs.
Bit like the mephedrone deaths.

Flat liners were a serious pill - very, very strong but IF you really thought they were going to kill you then you wouldnt buy them.

I can remember when the snowballs first came out - I was at a rave in Scotland (Rezerection) half the dancefloor was sitting down too fucked too dance! Once they wore off a bit then the dancing started !

I know you love the mg's per pill - I prefer the experience I had on said pill. Dropping an 80mg pill amongst a crowd of 25000 people who have been driving up and down a motor way hunting a radio signal for 3 hours then spots a lazer and heads towards it means so much more than popping a 150mg pill sitting in the local pub talking about Eastenders, Woolworths, or any other random (cod) shite.

For you the best pill means the one that has the most amount of mgs of MDMA - for me though the best pill are the one that makes you rember the effects/the event you had it in / the random shit you spoke about to that guy/gal with the big watch/spikey hair/nice smile/blue tshirt 20 years later.

Nobody can ever tell me that x pill is better than y pill - stronger yes mg's are mg's at the end of the day but 'better' - no way.

One had taken 7 of them, looked it up since I was almost certain that 21 year old psychology student had also taken other stuff, which to me equals to taking 2g of 2C-B.
David Nutt still puts it on 13th place of his most dangerous drugs.
Not something you give to someone as their first pill, some liked it others didn't.
Knew one guy who was off his head on them every week.

how safe would it be to consume very old pills? is there time limit to take? like if they were 12 years old or something?

I dont think MDxx degrades into anything dangerous, may lose some potency if stored somewhere crap like in direct sunlight otherwise you probly just got some nice retro pills to play with

Well I did a shit load of the 'flatliner ' and 'strawberry flatliner' pills - multiple drops per weekened (along with LSD n speed) and I never had a problem with them! TBH the only pills I had a problem with were the 'Silver bullets' or 'spice girl' pills.

Strongest pills i have had are probably Apples around 1996. Supposedly the same ones that Leah Betts had before drinking excess water and dieing.

Mega strong they were, tested at 200-210mg MDEA...

Bit speedy for my liking, i prefer MDMA like most people, but the strongest around by a long way in the UK!!

out of interest, how would you old veterans compare the old mitisubishis etc to the best of today? (blue facebooks, pumas etc)

Would be hard to say for sure due to familiarity, tolerance, lack of sexy combos in pills of recent year and so on. But having said that, broadly speaking, nothing in the last few years has come close to the monster-dose MDMA/MDA pills that were once relatively prevalent. IMO, IME, etc, etc, etc.

Sorry Bearlove I do respect you and what you are saying but I disagree. What you mean is one pill is a better memory because of the set/setting and atmosphere when you dropped it. But think it that same set/setting and atmosphere if you'd had the pill that was better dose wise or cleaner you'd have had an even better night.....

What your talking about is remembering a moment on a pill. Not the quality of the high that pill gave you.
