First time i saw a Amfexa box [brandname dextro-Amphetamine]
Caused a lot of shit when they forced themselves on the market.
Money, money, money gain.
No insurance covered it, and before the brand appeared.
It was made by a Pharmacist and was free from cost.
Amfexa not, their equivalent dose would cost me over 2 g a year.
So they never got foot in the door, but disrupted the supply chain.
Only one of many Pharmacists making it themselves left.
The one that produces the precursor MethylAmine himself.
It was just before Amfexa appeared,
That precursor was no longer covered by insurance.

@kiely and @Shinji Ikari , Both of you mentioned having drugs on hand (opioids for kiely and acid for shinji) that are fascinatingly potentiated by carisoprodol, usually moved by plugs under the brand name Soma here in the states. If you can ever access carisoprodol, I'd highly advise cutting your dose in half for the opioids or acid and mixing it with carisoprodol (preload the cari ~45 minutes before the other drug). It turned acid into a very dreamy state that resembled mixing GHB with acid, and mixing it with opioids can be dangerous if you take a full opioid dose, but it can make you get way more bang for your buck out of opioids as well if you cut the dose responsibly, given carisoprodol's notable potentiation.
Recently my boyfriend and I have been mixing kratom, 7-OH-Mitragynine, and carisoprodol in this combo we've been referring to as the "maxrelax", it's absolutely gorgoeus but without the carisoprodol it kind of loses the magic.

That's surprising particularly with the acid. I wonder what the mechanism is. I'll keep an eye out for some soma. You should give that combo a cute name too.
I guess when a brand is new to the market it takes a while for insurers to pick it up, and they might already be getting kickbacks from other manufacturers.
Amfexa is my favourite brand because it's the only one that doesn't have lactose in the binder (compounding pharmacies aren't really a thing on the NHS).

I don't know what protocol dictates. just worked out I have something like 300 pills of various types but most are in sealed boxes. I'm loathe to break the seals as most are CDs and are tamper-evident.
I could put up a selection, I guess. But oxy is oxy, clobazam is clobazam and clonazepam is clonazepam. It's all prescribed you see. I'm both old and crippled (held together with various metal plates) so in my case, even a doctor can look at the X-ray, grimace, think 'well, he won't live very long anyway so dependence won't be an issue' and prescribe it to me.
It is something when I work out I take more opioids than the 'addicts' I am on speaking terms with.
It's not fun when you have to take pills just to function. I also get anxious if I don't have at least a 28 day supply of everything because after so many years, I KNOW I am physically dependent.

Used to work in big data processing health insurance bullshit, and it often takes until the financial year rolls over, sometimes until the new HEDIS measures and all get passed on the financial side of things. It's a huge shitshow that moves way too slowly imo.
The fiancee and I are working on brainstorming it now hahaha.
Have you considered trying to stock up on some backup medicines? Things like 7-OH can function as a meaningful painkiller for example, idk if you're in the states but floribut/baflofen and phenibut have helped my friends taper off of benzos (since they work similarly), and they're honestly equally as helpful for anxiety and all imo.
Edit: @Shinji Ikari The characteristics of soma and acid put together are blacking out intensely, profoundly enhanced sex drive, more liquid/"melty" visuals, and a body feel that rivals soma and any opioid I've ever taken. Trying to make some sort of Frankenstein's Monster-esque name out of Lysergic, Delysid and Soma we settled on Lysoma or Lysomid for now, but the brainstorming continues until we find a name that doesn't sound like the name of a medical condition. We're also considering watercolor.

Well codeine phosphate is a [P] medicine in the UK but that won't nearly cover the oxycodone I take. I don't abuse them - I take one tablet every 8 hours (Oxycontin lasting 12 hours is a LIE) and that's it.
I've always have at least 28 days in hand - hence my saying I had unopened boxes plural.
But I admit, I used to know people who sold methadone. In this town it seems like supervised consumption has ended that. I've only ever taken prescription medicines. So while H is about, it's not appropriate.
I even wondered about asking if methadone might be a better option than OC but there are issues. When given for pain, it comes as small tablets. The problem is, so few people take it for pain, there have been problems with the supply of tablets.
I don't know what UK law says about kratom. It's a grey area.
Kratom is illegal in the UK iirc, but carisoprodol isn't, opium poppies are also legal to posses there (Papaver somniferum). Tianeptine appears to be legal there too, I believe. Always trying to find what you can build a backup stock out of won't hurt if you can pull it off, better to have an excess and not need it than be in a drought and need it, you know?

Tianeptine used to be a prescription medication. No longer. A few people (including a few private doctors) have asked the UK government to make a clear statement concerning the status of the stuff - but they are being vague, which is usual.
Carisoprodal may or may not fall under the PSA act. Again, it's unclear.
Being a small island, what customs will tend to do is to simply seize suspect packages and wait to see what the buyer does. I had it happen with something legal and it still took 6 months to arrive. That being the case, on-line isn't the palliative it once was.
But I do appreciate you thinking of me. It is very much appreciated.

The yellow ones are green. They look yellowgreen sometimes. They are supposed to be green but are always very pale.
The blue ones are purplishblue. They look purple a lot. They are pale too.
The bluest ones are my Favorites. I don't know why. They just always are.
The green ones are generic. They don't hit as hard or it just seems that way. They are still hard.
They are all the same anyway. ALPRAZOLAM.
My first experience with drugs. Pills. L0l. Then I found Opium. aka ( Opioids )
That is all. lol.
I think the blue ones are just packed better. Stronger and smaller.
The greenyellow ones are more delicate. A different cut. that's all. Just different production.

The very first alprazolam I obtained was those oval tablets. In my memory they were a lilac colour (1mg) but I MAY be wrong and they were a light blue hue.
Hard to remember considering that this was around 1997 when Indian pharmacies were cheap, reliable and easy to find.
All legal control has done is resulted in pills containing other substances, some of them extremely dangerous.
Be very careful with benzodiazepines, the dependence can take a while to form but recovery takes an age. When I obtained the alprazolam, the only benzodiazepines I had sampled were diazepam (good) and temazepam (a joke).
Later I was reduced to ordering bentazepam. I'm uncertain why that's even controlled as it's very ineffective. In light of that experience, I switched to ordering clomethiazole - which is a very dangerous drug. Vastly useful if you are alcohol-dependent (stops physical withdrawal AND cravings) but truly, it's an in-patient drug IMO.
