I cannot help reflect upon the fact that there can be no doubt that law enforcement agencies are watching this site as they watched The Hive, Opiophile and so on.

I have nothing but my prescribed medication as I think by now people know my three cardinal rules. I've stuck to them for 38 years and while I certainy HAVE got static from the DEA, BUT you can't arrest someone who isn't breaking their local laws. The DEA IS scary because if your product ends up on US soil, they will find the source and see if extradition is a possibility. So I was only saved because I had zero part and even zero knowledge that certain things WERE ending up on US soil and even US law requires mens rea (guilty mind). In fact, I quit over it BECAUSE I had expressly stated that the product was unsafe and should NOT be retailed.

The person who recently posted about the NBOMoh class (lower LogP so less potent than the NBOMes but still potent) could NOT resist telling everyone that they KNEW the chemist so KNEW the product wasn't being misrepresented (which I merely stated as a possibility).

They then deleted all of the public posts and proceeded to continue the discussion via PMs. My first response was 'BL isn't secure - don't assume PMs aren't readable to any reasonably well resourced agency'.

I wasn't nasty or even objectionable, I just think it's damned silly of anyone to assume anything posted won't come back to bite them at some point. I know vBullitin was famous for the numerous critical security flaws and XenForo has had issues.

I'm simply aware that that really powerful explioits have real-world value. There are people who I suppose one might describe as 'grey hat' hackers who are not themselves driven to explioit or harm a person or a group, they just sell exploits to whomever will pay the most and I'm led to believe that the security services of most nations aren't above buying from such people.

Put simply, BL is as secure as it need to be to fulfil it's mission, to whit harm reduction.

If people choose to indulge in things of questionable legalty, that could leave them open to probable cause.

But if you folks in the US read about an arrest for the production of NBOMohs, it's almost certain that the person who posted here was the ultimate cause.

I did say to the person - security is based on a 'need to know basis' so if you aren't the chemist, WHY do you know who the chemist is/was?


Based on the timing, I assume it's the above case. So far the specific 'synthetics' haven't been made public which makes perfect sense IF the NBOMoh class is technically only covered by the CsA laws, I would expect it to take some time to put together a case. But insanity for anyone actually producing such things to think bragging HERE would be a good plan. Officially it was a 'suspicious odour' but isn't that always the excuse?

BTW people often forget that many reactions require vast amounts of solvent. 30l RB flasks with overhead stirrers are what I would expect if 1Kg of material was being produced. If it requires multiple steps, to 'pipeline' the synthesis, you need multiple vessels.

He also had a lot of sex. And i smoke weed which he only take oral. And got a steady Kratom thing going quasie opiod
