We just arrived back from heaven on Earth. Otherwise known as Palazzo Versace..

On the Gold Coast.

We smiled a LOT this past weekend. And we laughed, gasped and stared in amazement.

Fondue was one reason.

Dressing up and eating disgustingly rich and extravagantly expensive food [for no cost] was another.

^So was Merryl Streep, Jackie O and Colin Firth.. and no, we didn't see them.

We did however have the most awesome breakfasts evar.

And spent much time swanning around the foyer and rest of the complex, looking like rockstars.

And the beach was pretty freaking special..

I stayed in Palazzo Versace in 2005 for three days and was pretty much drunk for 88% of that time.

That was the same Surfers visit when I was escorted from Jupiters for having a FLILV moment

Well there's a story behind it.

A few hundered years ago krakow was invaded by some tribe and as they were entering the city the guy playing the bugle was shot in the throat while playing his song at the top of the church, so he didnt get to finish. These days he gets up there every hour and stops halfway through to pay tribute to what happened.
