Its pretty cool , huh ? Its the sorta thing I looked at and was like, do not buy that , its crap. But then a month later I was still thinking about it so I bought it today.

Mel, you have an androgynous thing going sometimes that I find confronting and respect a lot. And attractive. Not that I doubt your femininity.

Is that ring onyx? I inherited an onyx ring from my grandfather but I'm not really the jewelry type and it's a pain to get resized.
 
Its funny you said that, someone else from work mentioned that to me the other day. But it was a gay man and it freaked me out a little bit, but now that you say it, as a hetrosexual man and say that its attractive, it sort of disturbs me less. Yeah I think its meant to by onyx or fake onyx... maybe Leecie can clarify. Im not really that feminine tbh... I dont wear makeup, I wear clothes that cover most of my body and I have short hair... maybe I shouldnt be so suprised at the androgynous comments !
 
Taking photo's of expensive jewelry with diamonds is bloody hard! The ring looks no where near as fabulous in the photo as it actually is in real life. But i did my best! Excuse my paleness as well i haven't eaten meat or dairy for 8 days now. Detoxing makes me look like a drug addict. I suit my nickname right now.






As you can see it's way too big for me so i have had to get it sent off to get resized now, so no ring for me at the moment :( 10 friggin' days before i get it back too :(

but also serves as a lesson for guys picking rings - take one she has already and match the size to the one you're going to buy!
 
The problem is i don't normally wear rings from being a hairdresser for years and all. So im really going to have to force myself to get used to them now! (i think i am becoming a lover of diamonds now too...i never thought this day would come)
 
It's such a beautiful ring, DFRS. You look like you are positively glowing in that pic. Not because I think you're pale, just from happiness :)
