I cant believe that you dont publically show that you feel any remorse after what you did to your family......
Its sad and pathetic to read these posts almost hero worshiping your sad addiction problems.
I read the posts your little sister put on the board and I really felt for you and your family. I was never a fan of yours, but obviously it was a terrible thing to happen to you.
Your sister was really upset by your actions and gave her part of the story, with dignity and objectivity, obviously something she didnt get from you.
We are supposed to read this pathetic thread, with you bragging about the worst and most serious things that could happen to an addict, with us expected to laugh these things off by blaming your attitude on your 'black' or 'warped' sense of humour. Like this is your way of coping.
How does your family cope with these issues...??
How do they cope with the ugly images that you provided them with. The person, your mom or whoever, that found you in the state you were in..
All the pain and anguish that they went through, watching you in the ICU, laying there the victim of your own stupidity, pathetic, weak, tubes and fucking machines hooked up to your body. All because you wanted to indulge yourself in your drug of choice. At their expense.
All this under your families roof. With them, to some degree, unaware of your life as an opiate abuser.
Your sister said that she read some of your ravings in 'Other Drugs', and saw a side of you that she didnt know, but explained a lot..
I would have thought that you would have at least publicly thanked your family for their support, and for saving your life, but no, not the sort of thing that you would do eh mate..?
She also said that you started talking about carrying on where you left off, almost as soon as you could talk. Surely that shows the power that opiates have over a person, physically and psychologically.
It could be argued that some drug harm reduction sites are nothing more than drug encouragement sites and it is my opinion that your comments in 'Other Drugs' fits into that category.
I dont mean the practical information that you give, I mean the majority of you ego boosting rants that at times have even needed to be edited by Admin.
These things, and stuff that you say in this thread are in IMHO detrimental to the people, especially the young, reading this site. Bluelight is here to minimise the harm that is done by drugs to drug users. So they can use as safely as possible, THATS IT.
I feel bad for you man. I feel even more sorry for your family.
IMO, your knowledge of drugs is not enough of a qualification to make you a moderator. Most mods here at least try to live up to the Mission Statement of BL. They make mistakes, they are not perfect, they lose it now and again, but they try to stick to guidelines etc. They will be objective, even apologise sometimes, when it is called for.
You are a law unto yourself, a loose cannon, I reckon, but I guess that you would think of that as a compliment.
I've had friends die from drug related problems and I miss em. Their lives wasted, but I got angry at them as well. They put me through pain. I suffered. I saw their families suffering.
Now they are dead, I have a huge hole in my guts that will never go away.
Look back at some of the threads about you while you were off the board. People arguing about you...talking about whether or not you were SELLING your drug prescriptions, I reported the thread because I thought it was compromising your rights here !!
Its all so sad. I have all the sympathy in the world for addicts, especially if they are trying to turn their lives around, to spare themselves and their family and friends more suffering.
I certainly have very little respect left for you Phreex, your self indulgent ramblings and behaviour can only be detrimental to BL and the people using it. Your knowledge of drugs does not give you carte blanche to act the way you do.
You seem to have no respect for yourself or others.....ESPECIALLY your family.
I got a feeling that they are in for a whole world of pain in the future, because of your risk taking behaviour and lack of respect for them.
Much..much respect to them for the dignity and strength that they showed during your over dose, especially your little sister.
