Phenobarbital?

^ Wait PJ, I believe Phenobarb is an hepatic inducer, not an inhibitor, so it's not good for the high length...
 
phenobarb is pretty useful for sleeping. Not euphoric at all, imo. The first time i took it, I had theeee fatest headache the next day. It was like all my body wanted to do was sleep, and nothing would stop it. terrible.

I said it was an inducer.

Nicotine, carisprodol, and alcohol (inducers) all potentate. They truly help with codeine and dihydrocodeine conversion (inactive opiate/opioid prodrugs) in tolerant users.
It does not cut the length down that much to really make a difference. The duration will be about the same as banging H. I don't see anyone complaining about that.
It is one of the true potentators.
They all blow anti-histamines (and other inhibitors) out of the water. Anti-histamines just plain ruin the transformation which is needed to get high on codeine in the first place.

^ I see, thanks for the tip, I thought it was no good being an inducer, but that makes sense.

By the way, be careful guys with the barbs and phenobarb, being inducers, they can mess up with the medication you're taking (except for codeine, ok), there's a huge amount of medications with which phenobarb is a no-no.
 
I'll tell yeah how Phenobarbital and 6mg of hydromor-K-4's work together, cause i'm about to try it.........................O, and i'll start with 60mg of Phenobarbital, cause of no tolerance. But i do have a big tolerance on other benzo's (xanax,oxazpam) Wondering if there almost like the same thing?

phenobarbitital- the "black sheep" of the barb family. its better than a lot of benzos(*not* temazepam, rohypnol, clonazepam, or nitrazepam), but its better than lorazepam, xanax, and maybe diazepam(i'd say just as good as diazepam).

however, i am a downer connoisseur and must say it is the worst barb out there. can't be compared to seconal or tunial. pheno compared to any benzo, the pheno will be less euphoric and more "alcohol like".

the best downers are:1.quaaludes(if you can get em),2.short acting barbs(seconal being the best imo),3.temazepam

pheno would likely be like a 7 or higher...
 
I took 120 mgs with no tolerence the other day and I didn't get a drunk effect but man was i in a GREAT mood for the next 24hrs.

really? maybe for weak benzos but a good benzo is way better than the long lasting, rather sloppy feeling of phenobarbital. i think even alcohol is better, phenobarbital just lacks the euphoria better barbs and strong benzos have. i would take phenobarbital over lorazepam though.

now if we were talking about reds or yellow jackets, i'd have a completely different opinion....:D
 
didn't feel much of anything from the 2 34.4mgs or whatever they were... just as I suspected you must need like 120mg at least of this stuff to feel its "effects" ... ? am i wrong?
 
I used to be able to get lots of these for free or next to it. But I was on so many drugs at the time I never felt them. They did help me flunk a UA for everything except alcohol and PCP. Wish I'd held onto a few, probably the only barb (well, butalbitol..) I'll ever see and I would like to have gotten a feel for them.
 
I have unlimited access to the 15mg pills. But they contain sodium bromide too, so I'll try two or three to see where it goes...

They contain meprobamate too, but in weak quantities (10mg per pill, a normal meprobamate pill contains 400mg, so I'm not too keen on taking 40 pills, lol).

I have to be careful with the sodium bromide thing, it's here obviously to deter abuse, and it's in good quantity (don't remember the amount, I have to check back the box).
 
Took two pills (30mg pheno), I'm not expecting much but who knows? Especially as I'm edgy right now, as usual every morning.
