Phenazepam Legality

I'm thinking twice about this substance, I put it in the same basket as desoxypipradrol, I think it's a recipe for disaster to be honest :-)
 
By reading most of the reports on BL it seems that way, a lot seem to end up in hospital/jail due to blackouts. Don't know why these people can't find a bed/couch and end up walking the streets.
 
^They do find the bed or couch - and then someone wakes them up and they skitz out and pull out weapons etc with no recollection of doing so (or at least this is what happened in my case... i think)

It's the polar opposite of desoxypipradol thats for sure. I've used it safely in the past, but i've also done some dumb shit with it too.

Tip: Limit your usage. Remove anything more than the required amount from your person to someone/somewhere it's inaccessible.
 
phenaz is legal in the US since the US analouge act only pertains to schedule I and II drugs and benzos fall under schedule IV. This will probably change soon, but right now is the window, enjoy it. As for effects I find it similar to lorazepam/diazepam mix, but that's just my experience. Do be careful when dosing, I buy my doses in a liquid medium pre-mixed from a reputable site in the UK. And yes half life is long, don't use recreationally for more than two days consecutive and put a break of 3-5 days in between. If using for maintenance of an anxiety issue I don't know what is right for that. But for those without insurance and with anxiety, I am sure this could help you if used responsibly. Best of luck, and never fucking ever try to "eyeball" a dose.
 
oh yeah, forgot to mention an alcoholic friend of mine used it to get over detox and is now clean. Well smokes weed, but is off everything else. So yeah some good can come of it. Just because some people had a bad experience doesn't mean it should be ruined for all. I know a handful of people that took way too much LSD and went bat shit, but I still like to trip.
 
Hmm. Captain Hindsight finds phenazepam importation in to Australia an interesting phenomenon.

Can some moderator please delete this post, as we all know that the Federal Police constantly patrol this site, looking at new ways to limit our own bodies from, God forbid, enjoy ourselves?

Okay well you can look at it this way.

Soma is a script/pharmacy drug in America and Europe.
It is not available to be scripted here. However if it is not in containers and is branded as some vitamins or something they will just scrape a pill or two to make sure theyre not an illegal drug on the ion scanner and chem reagents and let it through to you. Since most generic Somas are just a big blank pill. But its actually an analogue of meprobamate i believe which is a scripted or maybe now banned drug here (someone can check with mims access). there its illegal to import under analogue laws.

This would be the same for phenazepam because its closely related to the other benzos. Now I am pretty sure phenazepm is banned or aout to be banned federally schedule I in USA and already banned in several european countries. It remains a scripted pill in Russia where it was first created and used.

Since it can be REALLY effective on some people, where 5-10mg can send them into a 3 day fest of benzo rage and falling over everything with no memory at all, and some others may be more tolerant, naturally or just benzo tolerant.. just because there has been lots of incidents that the feds would say this is much more like a date rape drug, such as flunitrazepam (Hypnodorm or "roofies") which is schedule 8, you could end up in some serious shit if you were importing multiple grams seeing the dose in Russia is 0.5mg or 1mg per pill. But either way i would say it is an analogue it works like benzos do and it is a benzo it just looks a lot different to the usual ones i guess.

I would say if you got caught with lots of it they would be questioning why seeing the doses are as low as xanax and roofies.

Dear xxxx,

In response to your enquiry regarding the importing of medication into Australia for your personal use, I offer you the following information.

Australian residents and visitors to Australia can legally import certain therapeutic goods for personal use under the personal import exemption. This exemption does not allow the personal importation of either substances or drugs prohibited by Customs legislation, or, injectable drugs that contain material of human or animal origin (except insulin), unless permission has been obtained prior to their import.

Please note that it is illegal to supply goods imported under the personal import scheme exemption to persons outside the importer's immediate family. Under the personal import scheme exemption, you may import three months supply per import and, no more than fifteen months supply per twelve-month period.

Phenazepam is not considered to be captured by the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956and so will not require an import permit.

However, the Standard for the Uniform Scheduling of Medicines and Poisons (SUSMP) places Phenazepam into Schedule 4 (ie. Prescription Only Medicine). This means that any prescription product entering Australia for use by a resident or a visitor legally requires a prescription from an Australian doctor to obtain and possess. Therefore you should forward to the supplier a copy of a prescription written by an Australian registered medical practitioner which demonstrates clearly that this medication has been prescribed to you. The copy of the prescription should be included the package, along with the medication, when it is mailed to you. The copy of the Australian prescription acts as documentation for the Australian Customs Service to inspect, without a prescription they may be obliged to seize the goods.

Yeah about phenazepam - i've done a lot of it... Good way to lose a week of your life, crash your car and do some other crazy shit... A bit like xanax in the way it sends you kinda nuts.

If you're gonna do it - dose carefully - it's fucking potent.
