Phenazepam Legality

After reading the El Benzo thread and hearing about phenazepam, it has sparked my interest.

As the title goes, what is the legality of phenazepam in Australia?

A search in the Australian forum's doesn't offer any information about the legality - basically just warnings to be careful due to the strength in such small doses of this drug (fair enough! :) )

I can't see it on the list of prohibited items here

Basically I'm deciding, if not illegal, to import a small (personal) quantity of this.
 
Yeah, well i got a gram fairly easily..

be warned though... you will redose, and you will black out, and probably do something extremely stupid... i know i did, as has every other person who has reportedly used/abused this substance.
 
Thanks. I have pretty good will power so the urge to redose shouldn't be a problem. I have scales too. Going on the reports of this drug on here, I'll definately be careful though!
 
It won't be for long with threads like this.

Keep in mind that in SA and QLD we have the analogue laws which this will come under making it illegal to posses. Not sure if that will effect importation though.
 
Phenaz is shit. It has all the shitty effects of other benzo's with none of the positives.

My advice is to stick to the scripted ones.

This is coming from someone who has tried almost every chem ending in -pam that is commonly available.

Considering everything else ending in -pam on that list requires an import licence/permit and also the increasing amount of Federal scrutiny on imported powdered products (see the mephedrone thread), I would be incredibly wary about ordering Phenazepam.
 
A gram of powder labelled as something else isn't hard to get in. Benzo's aren't tested for in the standard tests customs use.

Not endorsing that everyone start importing it, but you'd be unlucky to get done. Worst case scenario i can see is it gets seized and a warning.
 
see i doubt you got it in the same place i did, i ordered mine back in may last year.. and they had some inventory problem, and i eventually got around to emailing them last month, and then i got it.

yours may well have been very impure. coz i was destroyed totally, far worse than xanax. And you've seen me smashed before. imagine that x1000 then waking up minus several thousand dollars.
 
got mine on friday, still haven't been keen to try it yet. Question about it though, i have an old lsd vial that i've washed out. Do you think the phen could be suspended in ethanol? I plan to average out a dose as if it were 80 drops from the bottle for easy dosing rather that eyeballing all the time
 
In the U.S. the law states "LIKE CHEMICALLY ALIKE" to a more advanced wording or more importantly "LIKE IN EFFECT", which in my opinion brings down the whole RC scene. But Phenazepam is an analuge of a rohypnol (roofies are shedule 2, which applies to the analoge act of 1972) so in certain states phenazepam is inheritantly an analog. But Even in a safe state all a DA needs to do is convince 12 normies that these chemicallys very chemically effect also have similar effects in humans. It would be a shitshow of a trial but I bet it's in the works, on the matter of principle that we can find away to go through this all over again. Ever notice betweeen, the; cops, dea,fbi,ss,irs have jobs. Theres no drug war their all out of work
 
most us phenazepam is is severly cut in the us anyway, that safety protocols aren't really as important. I'd be shocked if was more than 25% and most people in the us goin to same custied out marketplace to score and the price of phenaz has dropped to practically ciggerette habit prices (2 packs a day of newpoorts). I'd say all the yaserbossin with the scales if your buyin of the most primary vendors. Tiny finger dips were a good a start but this type of behavior to buying ounces when it's real cheap, and doing all my dosing off knife and treat it alot loke K. It's a good bedtime drug, I use it for sleep, I blade snif or two and fall asleep but the sleep in mad late.
 
^ You should definitely try small doses first if unsure of purity though before having a finger dab or snort. I'd hazard a guess and say a lot of this stuf in Australia may be from online vendors and hence purity *could* be considerably higher than the < 25% that you mentioned. Best to show a little caution and use accurate scales especially given some of the recent horror stories emerging:
