Pharma drugs wish list

- all real pharma benzos (bromazepam, temazepam, nitrazepam, 1,2 and 3 mg Upjohn Xanax, real Klonopin 2mg)
-some real nitrous canisters
- barbiturates
- methaqualone
- real Ritalin LA 60mg Novartis
- Real Targin 40mg Oxycodone
- and last but not least some real promethazine/codeine syrup.
^i used to have access to 10 x 8oz bottles at a time in Hamilton for ****$cash CAD but they sold like crazy for $ a piece so I went for the money back then.

I’m sure there are more but maybe some other blue lighters can enlighten this thread

Realistically, d-Methylphenidate alongside my current bupropion for an ADHD-like issue, albuterol sulphate for asthma, cyanocobalamin (B12) since I don't asborb it well, gabapentin (maybe eventually scooting up to pregabalin, but I'm not sure as I've yet to try pregabalin) for chronic nerve pain that allegedly will never heal, and promethazine without codeine, as I get insanely motion sick. Really though, I can manage 100% of my issues with kratom, cannabis, mushrooms, blue lotus and yerba mate without anything else, if I really needed to.

If anything though, I'd have maybe 5-10 0.25mg Triazolam tablets (typically known under the brand name of Halcion), or 5-10 10mg Ambien tablets.I missed the days of being able to try Placidyl, Doriden, Ethinamate, Valmid, and Noctan. Widespread access to peyote would've also been a great thing to be around for.
 
actiq - shame too as i've had several of them in various dosages in the past but never tried them :\
 
Clobazam, i already get dextro-Amphetamine after long long ...
The other a few times, but its ime the ultimate functional benzo.
Everyone should have it laying around. Just for anxiety,
or whatever its super subtle hardly a drug. Very useful to have.

That was the stupidity, it was prescribed for preventing seizure s.
And very good at it, especially when i was on Levetiracetam,
which did nt stop them. So i could at least prevent em.

It was almost/ always not deliverable, weird for a essential medication.
What i loved it worked for the seizure sign s, melted em away.
And its a anti-anxiety med, probably pretty good at it.

But as far as feeling it, besides being even less anxious.
Then in my normal state, subtle effect. But a anxious person,
would feel that better. To me They were about unnoticeable.

Bit like Pyrazolam in low doses, at 3/ 6 mg i don t notice a benzo feel.

edit: @izo count me in for those too. Not prescribed.
And not even in production probably anymore in NL.

Think that should be enough, but I know I have omitted something.

Still massively behind in how to treat it, i don t believe they want to help you.

Total incompetent treating it, so the G addict has to bring his own shitty.
Bathtub GHB or GBL. They taper you with that inpatient, while they have Xyrem.
Pharmaceutical grade GHB. That is most likely plain stupidity forgotten.

Dr/ specialist dives on internet and discover s, it indeed is a officially prescribed.
Medication indication Narcolepsy, but perfect for inpatient tapering of G.
And then act s as if amazed, never seen it applied in real live, wonder why ?

And equally worrying, i bought 'claimed' pure foodgrade GBL and NaOH.
The stuff today s GHB is made of is Industrial grade, and the NaOH they use,
according to the dumbness of society, is from drain cleaner.

Where its the 3-rd/4 or 5-th ingredient of 12, so basically impossible to use.
Scaremongering.

I would like to try Clomethiazole once but heard the self synthesis,
is dangerous as when done wrong a toxin is formed. Made via the Thiamine tek.

Amfexa is a brand name for overpriced dextro-Amphetamine in my eyes.
Would cost me at least 1200,- a year, as its not covered by no insurance.
Dextro-Amphetamine is free of charge. But hate brand names instead of
giving the substance name. Wtf is Stillpane, a sound reducing type of roof tile ?

Inconsistent too brand names or substance, you mixing em both. Do it over.
Or get a grade low for wishlist med s, kidding. Loved Temazepam too.
Better/ on par/ slightly different/ a bit less good, as GHB but about equal.

The GHB of benzo s.

One i am curious about is dextro-MethylPhenidate, i couldnt stand the racemic.
But never had the pure dextro isomer. Just to find out if all Phenidates are shitty.

Stillpane, intriguing name, but the ingredient s. Drooling.
Meprobamate nor Carisoprodol are even prescribed here anymore.

Actually would have expected a painkiller like Hydro or Oxycodone on it.

I can actually get all of those things within 2 weeks at my door if I really wanted it. And I’m not telling anybody where so don’t ask lol. But fuck there’s a few on this I wanna put away for a doomsday cabinet and lock it up somewhere lol. Maybe some more zopis, I don’t like Adderall that much but I’d stash a bunch away anyways (amfexa no for me, why so many small doses of Mylam alprazolam , that’s only like 25 bars total or something. But yes I have access to the big triangle 3mg XR Upjohn Xanax, I liked the purple footballs too but meh the 2s and 3s are better. I think I’d change the Diazepam to about 120 Ratios which is why I pay for 50 Roche Valium. I just like Valium too much 25 don’t last me long enough at all.
The stillpane 100s might be a weird one to get but I can still get the codeine HCl syrup. Or a couple of others

I just tried real stillnox zolpidem recently I wouldn’t mind having another 30 of them to set aside as well. Oh yea and the temazepam. I even took a small handful of Restoril 30s once? I didn’t like them but I’d like to try a better brand maybe at some point.

Interesting list . Although I’d make a couple additions like phenobarbital and maybe a small amount of real GBH and some ketamine.
 
Just to clarify the Stilpane confusion... there is 150mg Meprobamate in each tablet, hence its scheduling status "S5".



Also the Paracetamol/Acetaminophen content per tablet is lower than the OTC codeine tablets e.g. the OTC's contain 500mg Para/Acet and 10mg Codeine + Caffeine and an antihistamine vs 320mg in Stilpane. ( the "updated" list with screenshots shows all this in case anyone missed it).

The OTC's are better than nothing (in my case, obviously nothing is better than chemicals), but the Stilpane, even with the slightly lower Codeine of 8mg synergizes so well with the Meprobamate the doses are not needed so frequently ( vs every 4 hours at least with normal OTC codeine combo pills ).



As it was a "wish list", and as I do get them occasionally, I treasure those times more for the positive reasons than negative ones ( the science is listed in the ingredients.... less paracetamol, less constant dosing etc.. and believe it or not they are cheaper than the OTC codeine/paracetamol pills too in the long run).



Yes, I know Meprobamate can be dangerous, but in my case the OTC's are far worse for my health/addiction and general well being.



The items I left off the list that I would love are many, but I don't see any positive future if I had them under my own control. In fact I am sure I would fuck up badly at some point in time no matter how "in control" I would tell myself I was.



Stilpane would be the closest "semi controllable" item as opposed to what I will share just below the quote from your post 👇 - This prompted my reply here..... sorry if this is a bit disjointed, but the second part of my reply is in response to the below quoted comment....

So as per above, if I just started adding all my favorites( from the past - in order of preference - 1. Vesparax , 2. Secobarbital, 3. Tuinal , 4. Diconal , 5. Renoval, 6. Morphine etc... (and yes some of these have been discontinued, but most are available if you had the right prescription and legitimate supplier, but ultimately, the list would go on forever.



So, for clarity, the "wish list" I shared was done as a "functional one with regards to available pharmaceuticals" for me to have a choice of using or not, for example,,,, "switching off" with the help of a pill when l need a break from reality without causing damage to my life or those around me.



I mean if the thread was named differently, Stilpane, Vyvanse etc wouldn't be on it,, it would be Meth, Diconal, Vesperax, Tuinal, Tincture of Opium, Methedrene, MDMA, LSD etc........the list, again, would be endless.



Hope this makes sense and please don't take my lengthy explanations personally, I am just addressing a few queries some other people have asked about, Specifically in this thread about Stilpane.. - but I was on a roll and decided to lay it out after re-reading your whole post and if anyone else was wondering, the answers are now here.
