and here is some other useful info about the event

Essential Venue Information :
- Entry into the Belmont Racecourse is from the usual front entry.
- In order to avoid any time in a queue it is advised that you arrive at or before 3pm.
- There will be no pass-outs from the Venue. Once you are in you are in.
- Venue maps and line-up times will be available as you enter.
- Keep your eye out for large signs that will direct you to Bars, Toilets, First Aid and the Cloak Room.
- There will be a cloakroom located to the right as you enter the main entry at the front of the building. Cloakroom fee is $3.
- There is now an EFTPOS station located immediately to the left as you come in the main entrance.
- There will be a First Aid post located at the Belmont end of the grassed outside area. Please do not hesitate to ask for any assistance.
- The alcohol licence at Belmont Racecourse extends to 11pm. Thereafter the bars will be de-licenced and a selection of non-alcoholic drinks will be available.
- The bars also supply energy drinks, lollies, coffee and other food.
- There are plenty of toilets located inside the building, just follow the signs. There are also freestanding toilets located ooutside in the grassed area.
- There is plenty of chill-seating located in the outside grassed area.
- Take time out if you need it and drink plenty of water.
- There is plenty of parking in the Belmont Racecourse carpark. Follow the lead of the traffic marshalls.
- Please be responsible. The Police have said they will be targetting drink driving from people leaving the event.


Train Schedule :
Normal train schedule stopping at Belmont Racecourse trainstop from 11am Sunday December 7.
Trains run on a 30 minute frequency.

The last trains departing Belmont Racecourse to make the last 12 midnight connection in Perth To Fremantle; Currambine and Midland leaves
at 11.48pm.
The last train departing Belmont Racecourse to go to Armadale leaves at 12.05.


After Party :
The after party kicks off at 11pm at Big Apple : 237 Hay Street; Perth.
Entry is free to those with a wristband from Global Festival or $10 for those who didn't attend Global.
2 rooms will be open; 1 featuring breaks and drum'n'bass and the other featuring house and techno.

Dont know the dress code, but normally if a place puts their hand up for an after party though you should be pretty right if you've still got a shirt, shoes and something covering your legs ;)

I'm trying not to get overly excited but its hard.

anyone have any idea about ticket sales? HOw many people are going, or able to go?
I'm hoping its not so packed that i'll be watching Carl from the far arena

Most industry tickets are gone and tickets in-store are starting to run-out. The venue capacity has been reduced slightly so we are expecting a sellout.

i know this doesn't directly answer your question, but if they reduced the capacity, it means less people!! you could always email delirium and find out for us :D

its just so close now, it crept up so quickly but these last days have been hard ahah
