peeing a lot???

@severely etarded: so my friend talked to his doctor and he got bloodwork done like 3 months ago and doctor checked his tests said he doesn't have diabetes, so that rules out that theory.

I figured this was the case. However frequent urination causes dehydration, clear urine or not, so it's important to replenish lost fluids. Your friend doesn't need a ridiculous amount of water, but a few glasses will be needed. My body tends to dehydrate itself while rolling also, by urinating too much. The next day, I often need to drink a few glasses in the morning just to pee, even though I drank water all night, it would literally go right through me. Basically all drugs dehydrate me by urination, but you must remember the purpose of urination is to rid the body of toxins. So many people will dehydrate themselves by urinating too much while on ANY drugs. So it's important to keep drinking fluids; it's always better to have to pee clear than to be dehydrated

Wow interesting thread to say the least. I pee alot when i'm completely normal, what are some things to do to stop having to go so much? I used to only have to go a few times a day. Then went through this weird stage where I couldn't stop pissing, i'm guessing it's from some type of vitamin deficiency. I started taking a multi-vitamin and haven't had to go as much...

Btw why are you worried about your friends pee? haha :P

I feel like I need to pee alot ,
But half the time I never do, I just stand there by the urinals waiting xD

im the same, i always feel like i need to pee, but i go to the toilet but nothing happens.

or if i actually do pee a little then i feel like i need to again straight after :S

fluctuating blood sugar levels demands cortisol. So does not eating. That is why I have realized that I always end up running to the bathroom after drinking a smoothie. (there's a high amount of sugar in fruit and it swiftly increases blood sugar levels since it's liquefied). I have since.. started on a low carb diet and it helps.

The relation between mdma usage, or much of any stimulant and adrenal insufficiency is.. they stress your adrenals. I'm quite sure this is what accounts for many people's "spaciness" feelings, forgetfulness, and loss of emotions. Because your adrenals stop making adequate amounts of cortisol.
So when you do feel stressed, you don't adequately respond normally to it because normally cortisol helps to buffer the harmful affects of stress. So any type of stress now, your body can't handle.

Not only that but.. when your stress response is off it creates a negative feedback to the hypothalamus and pituitary.. Making it so that normal things that wouldn't be stressful, now are stressful. So like just driving, or crossing the street become extremely stressful things.

I'm not an expert on how exactly it all works, but I do know that the general idea is right. That there is a negative feedback when cortisol levels are thrown off.

and ya, take salt. Try to get sea salt. It is suggested for those with adrenal problems to add salt to their water. Probably like a 1/2 teaspoon... I don't know, people suggest different amounts though. Just add salt to food, and sprinkle some salt in water before you drink it.
