its huge too. this was one of the top results when i google image searched for the hippie tree, no clue who the people are, but for size reference:

i wish people woudln't graffiti on the thing tho

such a magical spot, i gotta try to get up to traverse and revisit it this summer.

becky, you're a bitch. why would you write your name on the hippie tree like wtf

im fryed I have class tomorrow but I did bisco lines and mixed some shit with my buddy until 2 in the morning for some reason 8)

watching where the buffalo roam for the first time... what a strange movie.

bisco lines = cocaine and ketamine :\

I used a .5mg of xanax and 10mg melatonin to help me get to sleep but damnit this is gonna be hard.

by the way I've been a musician my whole life I have a schecter hellraiser flying V with active pickups and a electro harmonix cathedral reverb pedal. I also have an extra distortion pedal, the distortion on my amp, a digitech DD7 delay pedal (addicting as fuq as many of you might agree), and a vibrato/chorus pedal called "gravy" which adds a little texture to my massive reverbed/delayed out sound kinda like tycho

im going to see tycho in april im fucking psyched to say the least.

^ exactly, I was in two bands and i've played at least 50 live shows and controlling the wall of sound is one of the most important things you can do to capture an audience tbph

coke and k is actually a pretty diverse combo. They're both such selective and unique drugs. If you mix them 50/50 into one line its definitely more psychedelic than k or coke by themselves. But you can also make K stronger with a little bit of coke or make coke stronger with a little bit of k. It always leads to a pretty disorienting but somewhat worthwhile experience. Adding nitrous one time made me have a full blown OOBE where I saw an amazonian shaman who I thought was my ancestor (im partially columbian)

Don't leave me out of the tree talk, my favorite is:

Magnolia Grandiflora

(runners up would be sakura and coral)

acquiring scheduled drugs sketches me out

I always preferred doing things in person, which obvs meant scheduled.

So what does PD Social get down with more: psychedelics or dissociatives?

Can't say I plan on using either in the near future. I'd consider never seeing the latter again a victory, but not seeing the former again a tragedy.

Man, I was just about to turn off that hockey game and call all you Americans cock-gobblers. I'm glad I didn't turn it off

I was doing some work at the time, didn't catch it. I hear tell y'all won, and it's the same match up in men's tomorrow (probably the same result too). Good luck. I liked 3/4 crashing and sliding to the finish line in that one ski-cross quarterfinal. And I'm not sure whether women's ski halfpipe was about performing cool tricks on skis, or about who could give the most/best hugs at the end of their run. :)

But enough of that, time to dial the melodrama up to 11, and talk about women's figure skating (you can't appreciate figure skating without a touch of melodrama and narrative). I'll tag my comments for tl;dr-ing ease:

NSFW:

-Team USA did good, Gracie in 4th, the other two still in the top 10.
-Julia Lipnitskaia (Russia) implodes, ends up in 5th. It was very sad, go look up a picture of an abandoned kitten or puppy in the rain as reference. She's utterly adorable, and my brain keeps on trying to take me places with that thought, so let's change the subject...
-Carolina Kostner (Italy) is awesome out of nowhere, performs beautifully, wins bronze.
-Yuna Kim (South Korea) performs flawlessly, wins silver? She was supposed to win by default, because she always wins handily. Something about her rubs me the wrong way, so heck yeah!
-Adelina Sotnikova (Russia) - 17 year old who used to be the rising star of Russia, until eclipsed by Julia, known for being inconsistent. She wanted her spot in the limelight (didn't even share in the team gold medal victory, since Russia opted to use Julia for both the team short and free skates), pulled out all the stops and skated explosively. Wins the gold.

Hey I like the world of botany as well! haha

My favorite tree is definitely hard to choose but I definitely have to mention my love for cacti. I grew up in phoenix so I got to see saguaro cacti a lot which is an endangered species. There was a ~13 foot saguaro on a rocky hilltop right in my backyard that had been struck by lightning and was probably well over 100 years old. I also recently found out about a species of cactus that has a high alkaloid content that hasn't been researched much to my knowledge. It's the totem pole cactus, apparently it could be a pretty good substrate for mescaline extraction according to anecdotal reports of people selling said cactus. so obviously the legitimacy is in question but its a nice cactus possibly one of my favorites because it has no spines it just looks like desert coral.

Hey,
I found a bag of 250 mg 25C-NBOMe HcL. I last used it in August 2011 and was tripping my balls off. It's been inside a jacket pocket since then, stored in room temperature (in a ziplock bag). Just found it. Any thoughts about possible degradation? The powder is as white as back when I bought it. I know tryptamines degrade fast but as this is a PEA so this stuff should still be quite potent, or...?

Damn Ketamine, I know exactly what I want to ask but I feel like a retard typing atm.

i'm so out of touch with the scene now, i wouldn't even know where to start anymore. plus i think the nbome's kinda killed the acid market, i'd be way too sketched out to eat some random blotter nowadays.

If I were to do it again I'd do like I used to do with E-pills. Ask what print they have, look it up in NSADD. I have yet to have copy-cat prints and they'd have to be ambitious to go that route. WOW has more possibility of being bunk.

I never had any of your guys' stuff; we seem to have a domestic supply with little export/import. Back when I was eating it there was one big supplier who made a few different prints, but they were all clean at a convenient dosage of 100ug per hit.

i miss DOC

i actually preferred DOI though

Oh DOC was rough on me; the plateau was nice though. I'm not sure if I would go back to it; body load central. Same story with DOI. I also have DOM that I've never taken. That stuff is the heavy of heavies.

i tend to lose it too much on shrooms... i prefer psychs with a stimmy edge, to keep my mind alert

Ditto, shrooms were the psychologically hardest psych I've ever done. 4-AcO-DMT is better, but still heavy without some MDMA in there.

That's what I loved about LSD. The psychedelia of tryptamines, but with a positive push to it. That positivity makes everything better.

lol i remember one time i told p-sox that he should try 2c-c because its the most relaxing 2C, and he took a bunch of it and then came on here at like 1 in the morning and was liek "what the fuck roger this is not relaxing at all i'm tripping balls here" :D

i lol'd pretty hard

I remember that well :D

I was happily tripping balls and felt like giving you shit for it :D <3

All the stuff I read said it was like psych valium, and you corroborated. Well, it was more like 2C-B or 2C-I to me, maybe a bit shorter duration and higher dose needed, but fully capable of making one trip balls.

myron stolaroff (one of shulgin's research crew, and a great writer/psychologist) says that low doses of psychedelics are the most valuable experiences. he says it forces you to deal with personal issues and hold-ups, and ultimately leads to the the greatest learning experiences and personal growth.

I agree with that. It's part of why I like MDMA so much. Tripping balls and being flooded in visuals skips by a lot of the stuff that is relevant to personal issues.

psychs make me want to listen to music and look at the clouds or the stars. for just hours and hours and hours

Man, one of the best LSD experiences I ever had was when I was taking my weekly 100 mics and cutting wood for the day. Yeah yeah, LSD and chainsaw, I know, I was careful and had experience, it was good trip set/setting :). Anyway, one day coming out of the bush into the field I was awestruck by the pink and mauve clouds of a beautiful sunset. I flopped down in the snow in the field and lied there for 3 hours watching it shift and move. I ended up going home in the dark; I just couldn't stop watching. One of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. :)

No love for Palm Trees?

Palm trees are neat. When I saw one for the first time as a kid it became the highlight of any trip south. To this day I make a point of keeping an eye out for the first one I see on the way down.

Trees are smart, especially old ones. There's a certain quiet, wise consciousness to them.

Shagbark Hickory holds a place in my heart. They look cool, and when dead, in fuel form they put out so much heat. Really hard wood.

I think White Oak is my favorite. These things grow so old and huge. One special one I know in the bush near me must be well over 300 years old. I can wrap may arms around maybe 1/4 of it. For a deciduous tree in the east it is enormous, and the sheer age of them is really humbling.

and it's the same match up in men's tomorrow (probably the same result too)h.

Yeah, not by much though. You gotta understand the pressure we put on them. To lose in the gold medal game and get silver is a total loss. To lose in a semi-final, even if bronze is picked up is abysmal; they should stay there for likelihood of getting lynched when they come home.

We're pretty hockey psychotic. I fear the day we get beaten in the olympics; hopefully we'll have something else to be proud of by then ;)

Not until I recognize what you mean. <3

Bouquets were raining down. :)
