been looking at these for hours, sorry, gotta share one more :)

this algorithm really likes to add extra buildings/architecture in backgrounds

^ I agree, that algorithm is amazing. :) Did you read this thread?

Interesting that both the computer program and psychedelic visuals themselves seem to find a lot of eyes in everything.

yup, i replied right after you linked it =p what makes this more exciting now is that Google released the source code. all these images i've linked were processed by a third party server, from uploads by private individuals.

i submitted a few images to be processed, but the site i submitted them to is severely backed up. they're currently done processing the first 9300 pictures that got uploaded. my pictures are way up at like 44,000th in the queue lol. looks like they're processing about 100-200 per hour.

i think the i uploaded that i'm most excited about is a picture of Romanesco broccoli :D

oh, btw... Alex Gray paintings are apparently pretty much psychedelic enough already, lol:

Incredible stuff, really. I love it. It's been cool to take all of the links I've now found through you and others and there's huge discussion on Facebook. These ANNs are amazing. I uploaded one myself; but looks like it might be a few days. lol

Ok no seriously, please don't put pictures through that thing that mindfuck the shit out of you with the original. The processed image is destroying my mind (in the best possible way it could, considering I'm dead sober) hahaha

What a night. :) I went and jammed, it went pretty well. Then we went to the Tuesday night funk jam, me and my bass player friend and the girl he was on a first date with. We ran into the guitar and drummer of our old band (they'd been in Florida for a few months), and they convinced us to go play on stage, like 5 minutes after we arrived. I was nervous but it went SO WELL. There was a Korg up there and the sound they left it on was one of the funkiest sounds I've ever heard... it was probably the funkiest I've ever played, some of the best I've ever sounded. We all clicked together so well, the crowd was freaking out. Towards the end the sound guy (who is the shittiest sound guy ever because he doesn't care at all) got so excite he started doing a light show with the stage lights. Such a great experience. :) We're going to start doing it every Tuesday.

How are my PD fellows this fine eve?

Ouch. I slept in til 9:30 today, one of the advantages of working from home. It's a bit risky but when you're up til 3:30 you sometimes need to sleep in, and I rarely get any requests for anything until 9:30 anyway.

Bumping dead thread with tattoo update from the weekend. Got the second moth, a bunch of thorns, and some new leaves :)

Guys, random question-

I've been keeping my supply of L blotters inside foil, inside a bag, inside a mason jar, unopened for a few months at room temperature, inside a dark cabinet. In y'all's experiences, is this an effective method for keeping blotter stable? I have desiccant I can use but I never thought it necessary; should I add some to the jar or space outside the jar perhaps? Have y'all ever experienced noticeable degradation of L after years of storage in such conditions?

^That's what I thought. I just wanted to ask because this is likely my lifetime supply. Can't be having any degrade if I'm gonna be trippin in 2050 8)

Is there a consensus that the afore mentioned conditions are acceptable for the storage of LSD?
