Yeah it's aight, I mean it's not like we were involved with each other. I voiced my gripe about it with her and she understood and said she was sorry for being so flighty. I guess I'm done, except maybe I'll be friends with her because I like her as a person, she's interesting and fun to hang out with. Still feels weird though because I've liked her for a good 8 months now.

Man guys, I was still fully drunk when I woke up, I felt so crazy that I took a "nap" at noon and slept through the entire rest of the work day, missed my alarm I set to only take an hour nap, by some miracle no one needed me for anything though. I still feel cloudy headed even after sleeping for 5 hours. My girl (the good one) asked me to go to a show with her and she was going to drive herself so she could stay over at my house but instead she got a ride with others because I was sleeping and she couldn't get ahold of me, so now that won't happen. Oh well...

haha, I guess there isn't an OD social thread though, I can only imagine what that would be like.

it was epicly huge, and i got higher than i thought was possible
i had tje shakes and shit for an hour and it wasnt enjoyable until about an hour after doing it due to the physical effects being so overwhelming
it gave me the best bodyhigh/feeling ive ever felt.

Yeah, in one of the Greek creation myths Zeus actually created women as a sort of spite to mankind. There are times this totally makes sense to me, haha, as they can cause so much mayhem whether it be intentional or unintentional.

I think one metaphorical way of looking at it would be dropping profanities in a conversation with a handful of elderly folk (who stereotypically frown upon such things). You're not angry, upset, or using them in an intentionally offensive way towards the audience; you're simply articulating your story. Profanities such as "fuck/shit/cunt" etc are nothing more than sounds we've attached some kind of meaning to.

Consider PD social (emphasis on psychedelic) to be that elderly audience, and drugs to be our vocabulary. Stims/hard drugs (really most things that belong in ODD) are like the profanities of our vocabulary. Discussing them and posting pictures, while perfectly fine, makes the conversation feel a little bit dirty to some.

Not sure if you're referring to me but I really don't mind some meth pics(although I'd personally be way too paranoid to upload them myself(even if the personal info is scrubbed)). I was just sayin that PD social isn't really the place for such things but that's just like my opinion.

Yeah trozz, i mean i guess you havent been to a music festival/electronic music event in the US, but theres a lot of dudes who are grimy as fuck, like bisco kids, who use a shitload of psyches/md.
A lot of them do heroin/cocaine as well.

But for real, I do realize that there's a lot of intermixing of crowds here. More than a few of the regulars in PD also have addictions/habits/occasionally use various hard drugs.... But there have also been studies showing higher psychological health, reduced recidivism, reduced relapse, lower incidence of addiction, etc in users of psychedelics. So it's not like it's a line drawn in the sand. There is something qualitatively different.

(That being said, I suppose I'm "addicted" to my prescription stimulants, so I'm no better than anyone else here.)

The majority of idiots ive seen claim addiction to rx stims dont even have a proper speed tolerance and dont use them in the pattern that stimulant addiction always goes by (binges).
If they took my dex, id be disgruntled but ok.
I dont scheme about dex when i dont have a script either. Ill use it if the opportunity presents itself but id never pay for it, unless 200mg of script amps would only cost 5-10 dollars, which it wouldnt obv.
id say i am not habituated to my script.

You really don't think amps are addictive? I remember the last script of 20mgs adderalls I filled when I was 19 were consumed over a couple days at the end of which I was driving around drinking cheap rum with a .357 mag considering ending it all because the come down was so bad. Now I still get strung out on 4-FA every now and again but I use benzos to compensate for the comedown because I'm a dumbass poly drug addict. I guess if you are able to just use 20mgs a day it's not really that bad but it is still a sort of crutch.

If that was directed to my post.... 8( maybe next time I won't try to explain it in the least offensive way possible.

It's a personal thing, and in no way am I (or anyone who's mentioned it) trying to place themselves above other drug users due to their DOC(s).

It's just that for the most part, psychedelics are used for self-exploration and learning....whereas amphetamines are usually pure hedonistic pleasure, and at least for meth in particular, often take both physical and mental toll on the (ab)user. Obviously it goes without saying there are a lot of people who use psychs for hedonistic pleasure, and there are still some associated physical and mental tolls to their (ab)use....however it just feels dirty mixing the two. Like talking about hardcore porn at a baby shower lol. Nothing really wrong with the topic; just not really the right setting to bring it up.


Personally I don't really care (aside from the fuck off huge picture lol). I'm just agreeing to a degree as I do see the 'issue' so to speak.


Also ANYTHING is addictive, psychologically at least. Anything.
