Yeah, too bad English isn't my native language so it's harder to write detailed reports but I'll try my best. I love English but it's frustrating when you can't express yourself the way you'd like to. It doesn't help that these experiences are beyond words and hard to convey itself..

on another subject.. My brother is an alcoholic. He lives with me now and man, it's hard. It's very hard for my mother too, I don't know how much she can take. sad stuff after all these happy manic days.

Haha yeah, I would argue that a "hole" level disso experience is a even harder to put into words than a high dose psychedelic trip. The experience is so "internal". I would very much like to contribute to a project like a DIHKAL in anyway I can help though. English isn't my first language either but I feel like I do acceptably ok, at least writing it hehe.

I think for this DIHKAL-style book, that more complete trip reports should be included. I always found that the reports in TIHKAL and PIHKAL were deficient in detail, too academic. They're useful still, but psychedelics are so about the subjective experience. Reading about dosages and a few lines of sensory and mental effects is something, but the way I've always really learned about what to expect from something is through detailed and descriptive reports. I could certainly provide some reports on the things I've tried.

Absolutely!

Img and xammy, I wouldn't have even guessed English is not your native. I recently read an article that said Finland is the top educated country in the world, so I wouldn't doubt that your English is well-taught. At any rate, hang around me for a while and your English should improve to some discernible degree. Furthermore, there is a reason why this book is collaborative, so that we can all edit each other to perfection. And xorkoth, our vision is aligned. I forsee full trip reports as the crux of the book, and that is something that can't be expressed fully by a single writer. I see us as a hologram, and only through multiple perspectives can we give justice to the ineffable quality of holes.

I think Finland is cool with the mix of Scandinavian and Russian influences, but some of the words seem like pure trolling to me, with the repeated vowels and accents etc.

I've been intrigued by everything I'm hearing in PD about 3-MEO-PCP. I unexpectedly did not dig my MXE experience, but I used up my entire supply in one evening. However, I was repeatedly disturbed when I had to give my attention and respond to other people. I'd like to give it another chance some time, and also to try 3-MEO-PCP. But I have changed -- the way I approach psychedelic experiences has changed since I IV'd 4-ACO-DMT. I respect them a whole lot more again, and have lost my arrogant sense of omnipotence.

MXE is a fishy one. You never know if an experience with it will be a dud or a stellar hit. Oh how I loved it though... I was dosing multiple times a week for about a year, good times...

Now I'm more on the hash oil train... Which I must say is quite pleasurable; however, it isn't giving me that same strange fulfillment that MXE used to give me. I'll have to try out 3-meo-pcp when I get the chance. Everyone is on and on about it up in here, like we all were about MXE just two years back 8)

If I may be a dick, and ruin the mood for a slight moment, recent anniversaries have passed, and I think I ought to present one of my favorite short animated films ever, made by the kid who was there when he grew up.....it's non-fiction/horror. Irrelevant to you euro/ozzie-folk perhaps, but mandatory self-reflection time for Americans. About the time we did something so unimaginably horrific that the only possible upside was that it may have helped keep the Cold War cold. Doesn't make us feel any better about being the worst terrorists ever though.

P.S. Dresden deserves an honorable mention as well. We have not forgotten what was done in our desperation in that war.

good morning PD

I just woke up and decided to microdose some DMT! just sandwiched a knifetip worth of spice between some ash and vaped it. not nearly enough for visual activity, but I definitely could feel the presence, had a few minutes of introspection and felt strong clarity afterwards. interesting... unfortunately, the clarity is already fleeting. I smoked way too much weed recently and feel very foggy after waking up anyway.

if microdosing mushrooms feels similar, but longer lasting, I guess I really need to try that soon as well. :)

cant think any examples now but

Esimerkkejä ulkomaalaisille vaikeista sanoista ja lauseista: (examples of difficult words and sentences for foreign people)

1. Hyvää yötä / hyvää työpäivää (good night / good workday)

2. Terveyskeskuksessa (in medical center)

3. Itäkeskuksessa

4. Mato-matto, kusi-kuusi, vesa-vessa
(worm-mattress, piss-six/spruce)
5. Kengät, kuningas, Helsingissä
(shoes, king, in Helsinki)
6. Purskuttaa
spurt
7. Korskea
haughty
8. Hieno kielo
a fancy lily of the valley
9. Hän juoksi jäätelöä syöden.
He was running while eating icecream

2. Terveyskeskuksessa (in medical center)

Lol, that does sound like trolling indeed. Learning suomi must be quite the challenge for non natives.

I just came back home after spending three month in the US because of work. It was also the first time I ever visited North America. It was quite an experience, and I feel grateful I had this chance. Everything work related went smoothly, and additionally I had a great time there. It helped me in many ways, specially professionally. Now it's weird being back home haha, but I guess I just need some time re-adjusting. I was missing my people already :). But now I can say I also miss people/places somewhere else in the world.

That's awesome IMG, whereabouts were you located during your stay? America is a very diverse place, and it can feel like different countries or even different worlds between all the different cities, suburbias and 'sticks' as they call the most rural areas. Its really about the people and their local collective consciousness that changes so radically from place to place. I'm happy where I am , a university town in the midatlantic, because their is always such a broad culture and constant influx of people from all around the world who attend the Uni. There's a lot of forest and parkland, pedestrian friendly (I ride my bike most places) and the weather has a nice balance in the seasons.

Its interesting that you say its kind of weird being back home, sounds like a little bit of reverse culture shock, a concept I hadn't ever considered before.

i wish i could get a hive.
that would be cool.
like a beehive.
get honey.
cant do that here

I was also in a college town amidst the warm and humid forests of Georgia. Pretty chill place, specially since during the summer most of the college population was gone so it was pretty quiet. It was a nice and welcomed change from the 6 million people city I live in. It was also a pleasant surprise to see the forest so incorporated into town, I wasn't really expecting that. Wasn't the image that came to my mind when I thought of the US, so I can see what you say about diversity between areas. I used a significant part of my free time wandering around the trails :)

Yeah, it's been interesting for me too, haha. Had never been abroad for so long before. I now feel a strange distance between myself and what surrounds me, things look less familiar, but maybe that's expected after three months. I also think it has something to do with the change from small town to big city. While I was strolling through the big avenues earlier today I felt a little bit overwhelmed. I can feel the estrangement slowly fading away though. Man's an animal of habits after all.

Thnx wll take a look.

Talking about (short) animations... have you guys seen work by Michael Dudok de Wit? There are some like the oscar winning "Father & Daughter" on youtube but the quality is poor.
Very tranquil, contemplative, philosophical. I bet his latest full feature would be amazing to watch on like the tail end of a nice acid trip when you are settling down.

Greetings all :)

I just got back from vacation yesterday and am only now getting around to catching up on the past three or four pages. It seems we all were affected and tested the 3-5 days before the full moon last night. I had four of the most hellish days I've had since I began my traveling and workshop attending six months ago, only ending when I physically left the presence of the family member we'd been staying with, which of course was in line with the full moon.

The DiHKAL idea is AWESOME, I really love it. I'm debating on contributing but am not sure if I have much to say considering 75% of my experience is with MXE, which the entire book has already been written about, 15% DXM, and 10% 3-MeO-PCP. I have lots to say regarding consciousness, reality, the effects of psychoactive substances regarding such, etc. but not so much on the drugs besides basics. Either way, this community is such a positive beacon of change and light, I'm really loving it. I especially love all the creation you are contributing Vortech, I'm about halfway through the MXE book, am loving it, and am nothing short of stoked to see that a new project has been kickstarted by you, a communal one at that, and that you are sharing your own musical creations here. Which when mentioning, I must also say, I very much appreciate everyone else's self-created musical contributions as well, especially you Xorxoth and TheAppleCore (I listen to your Piano Improv 2016-01-02 semi-regularly).

Also, if anyone is interested in astrology, the cycles of the moon, etc. this is a great article about the new moon last night: http://foreverconscious.com/intuitive-astrology-august-full-moon-2016 As usual, it is uncannily accurate for what I, my sister, and our close family and group of growing individuals have been experiencing. The other posts on the blog are fantastic too, it's the only blog I actually follow besides Allegedly Apparent which if you haven't checked out, do it. Really interesting research and investigation going on over there by Michael.

Anyways, love and light to you all <3 It really hit me how special and wonderful this community is today!

I don't usually read the funnies but randomly happened upon this in WuMo, an apparently mainstream comic strip, in the Daily News today. I love it. The woowoo plant spirit meme is spreading enough to get lampooned in mainstream newspaper comics.
