I'm usually not a fan of amphetamines but 3-meo-pcp + alcohol + speed + weed + friends was fun :D Rough night but god we had fun.

I agree with everything you said. If there is no point, underlying meaning, social commentary, etc I cant really get into a fantasy/sci fi book. Someone who can create an entire world and have its characters strive for integrity and right living is inspiring when the one we live in does not seem to so much

I wanted to separate this online personality from my past ones; I guess I felt a fresh start was needed. Plus, my old name was just horribly boring lol :p

Man, I wish I had access to amphetamines these days. I didn't know what I had when my old roommate was flush with almost every amphetamine derivative and variant and gave them out for free. Curses!

I'm more of a coke than an amp guy myself, but I figure the huge-ego + mania will become a bit of a problem.
 
Yeah, I dunno how I feel about coke. It's something that I only do if it finds me, I don't seek it out. Not even so much because I worry about overuse, but rather that I just find the high mediocre. Amphetamines provide a more euphoric boost for me. Haven't really used them much yet though, I hear the high from amps is lessened with repeated use.

Maybe I'm crazy, but I feel that your aura has become somewhat more luminous lately, to speak poetically... maybe your recent acid trip gave you a reboot? :)
 
I do feel like the last few trips really gave me some insight into my life. I completely quit video games after the last acid trip, for some reason I now feel like it's a waste of my time. Which it probably is 8) I was playing far too much. I've been a lot busier recently and it has left me with a greater appreciation for my valuable spare time.

I'm also trying to be a more hands on mod. I didn't really do too much the first few months, but now I finally feel comfortable with all the necessary skills.

Well it you truly enjoy it then it's not a waste of time!<3 That's pretty cool though gravster! Be you! My name has always been the same on all forums. I really feel in love with the name a few years back....because sometimes everyone needs a bit of "Help?!?"!;)

I've actually never done cocaine or meth. Some of the only substances(besides obscure ones...!)I haven't done! Never seemed all to impressive plus I hate stimulants. Psychedelic/dissociative stimulation is the only kind I like really!

David Mitchell is a wonderful author. He wrote Cloud Atlas, Number Nine Dream(excellent! There's a psychedelic Jesus that comes down from the sky, haha!), The Thousand Autumns of Jacob Dezoet, etc. His writing is so in depth and extremely vivid!

Ha, polar opposite of me. I've been getting seriously sucked into competitive FPS gaming; I'm really bad at it, which bothers me and makes me all the more obsessed. There's a time and place for everything though, and if you've recognized that now is not the time for video games, more power to ya!

LSD typically makes me want to be outside in nature; it makes computer-generated virtual realities feel extremely confining and low-fidelity.

I'm sure there is something to be learned from fantasy literature as well. Otherwise we wouldn't enjoy it.
 
I can imagine you digging some sci-fi TAC. You should read Dune by Frank Herbert or the Revelation Space novels by Alistair Reynolds. Both are brilliant.

Sci-Fi and fantasy are some of the best! David Mitchell is some good fantasy. Swirlow don't you already love in a fantasy world?;);)

You can learn zen from so many things. It's awesome!

That's awesome though man! My girlfriend and I are celebrating our 7 year anniversary today actually. 7 years ago when I first went on a date with that girl, I never would have thought she would become the love of my life 8) I'm happy to say that our relationship is the best it has ever been.

If someone as lame and unappealing as myself can find love, I'm certain that anyone has a chance. Much love to all of you <3

I haven't met her yet, she lives in different city, about 300 kilometres from here. But it feels like we are meant to be together :)
