Yeah, did some actual reading on cyclodextrins, and for your purpose it seems pretty good. I'm kind of the opposite of you though, IM-ing seems kinda iffy to me yet I'm willing to IV black . With NBOMe's there can be very rapid buildup of tolerance apparently. So fast that it matters how effectively they are delivered. Some are said to require a larger dose if only for the sole reason that they can find their way to and into the brain rather poorly.

That's crazy! Any speculation on why this is so? Extreme selectivity towards a specific receptor subunit or something? (What other compounds display such instantaneous tolerance?)

... pigeons arent always that innocent either. i remember a visit to venice (italy) once, late in the evening the pigeons in the main centre square would attack and literally eat each other when one would have sustained too much damage to defend itself.... it was horrible to watch to say the least. the night sweepers would pick up thier remains... this situation was truly bad, and it was mainly caused by tourists giving food to the birds only from tme to time, so they would multiply but not have enough food to sustain themselves during the summer months. i think it ranks high up on the list of most disturbing things ive seen in my life

nbomes sound really great on paper, and some trips ive read were quite fantastic... but dosing is stilsl a problem from my perspective. cyclodextrins sounded like a good idea, but all these unknowns... anyway, wasnt the mentioned compound (HPBCD) used to deliver testosterone through mucosa? if this were true, than there should be some info regarding its use as that, and thus, som info on its effects on the BBB.
im in no way pretending to be that informed as some of the people here, but i really doubt that small of an amount of carrier would actually damage the bbb... it is a remarkable structure though....

About NBOMe dosing: I cut my 25C with mannitol (applied a solution to the mannitol carrier and let evap) in a ratio of 1:200 - this way for a dose of 300 ug I need to snort 60 mg which is quite a practical amount. There are some concerns about the hot pocket effect, but if only 10 doses are prepared at a time I don't think there is a way that the 25C would locally precipitate onto the mannitol. It shouldn't crystallize together because there is so much surface area of mannitol in suspension and all of this mannitol could be used as a crystallization-seed which is all over the place. Though I doubt there is crystallization to speak of anyway. Before reaching a saturation point the level of the solution would fall below the level of the mannitol, so when the NBOMe starts crashing out from a solution that is of course homogeneous it has little other choice than to just stick to the mannitol more or less uniformly. There would have to be big magnetic repulsion for a significant localization or hot pocket to be created. And with only 10 doses I simply don't see how even a hypothetical unevenness could be significant enough to cause a serious problem.
Of course it is necessary to mix mix mix and mix while and after the solution has evaporated, just for extra certainty. Perhaps an electric grinder would solve all doubts about homogeneity? Or a mortar and pestle... I would worry more with a mortar and pestle than with using an evaped solution and carrier.

Anyway I once sampled the 25C once and it was my only NBOMe experience to this date - 100 ug as a low test dose first which produced an alert and maybe a +, then I followed up with an extra 400 ug but I think there was tolerance involved. If not acute tolerance from the 100 ug then from other compounds that were taken in the week prior. But still I got a feeling of the nature of 25C, the mild euphoria with promise of much more and something similar with tactile sparkling. The headspace was indeed LSD-like like others have said, though how easy the whole thing was to handle reminded more of 2C-C. Visuals were very minimal and limited to some change in color perception and something like a fuzzy yet crystal clear texture effect over everything. I also remember that it was very difficult to determine when something like a plateau wouldve turned into a comedown phase. It just very very slowly lifted over time, almost unnoticeably.

NKB, whats this about chlormethiazole and methylpentynol ? From the brief description I read earlier today it sounds like barbiturate or chloral hydrate like or something. It is mentioned that dosing too high can be particularly toxic and the general safety profiles are just a bit messed up. Personally I wouldn't try them, not worth the risks at all. Where did you even hear that they are enjoyable? From someone's first-hand experience? Which leads me to the question: this stuff must be quite unavailable I guess, like ludes or worse... I mean it's not an RC thing, it is not prescribed anymore I expect, are they even still being manufactured by pharmaceutical companies? Obviously I am not trying to source here, just trying to understand the status of such drugs.

Yes, I used to have green star presses that were tested at 150 mg. The ones now available to me are speaker presses which are over 200 mg!

Also with a high content but there is not an established tested dose known about it. They are 360 mg in total, these pills. Maybe this is indication of some ballpark? For example I am seeing other pills that weigh 300 mg and contain 170 mg of MDMA, so the question is: did they just put extra filler in the squirrels?

Well I guess it's cool or something that they are so strong but I am personally not overexcited by this since there is also always very high quality crystals around. So strong pills are not like a necessity.
One time I saw an old friend of mine with the most amazing crystal, it was a bit like a huge chunk of a glass brick - clear color and see-through and all in one piece. The testing service reported that it was the highest purity they had ever come across.

Anyway even with all the luxury there is always something to complain: I just can't get over it that MDA has such bad availability, I mean it's hardly any effort to just keep a quantity of intermediate aside during the synth and use that to make some MDA. They just won't do it, thinking that there is no demand for it and people just find that they have unwelcome added trippiness. Someone should tell those guys about the astronomical prices I have seen for a gram of MDA. Fortunately I did not have to fork such prices since I was able to trade for half a gr. I have not taken any yet though, I want to reserve it for a special occasion. It will be quite a while since for the foreseeable future it is quite unwise for me to take drugs like that (since I am getting medication in 2 weeks for who knows how long).

Oh man, I used to drool over those report when I was surfing pillreports back in the day when I had to try to find clean presses. All the pills in my region are pipes/methamp (in some situations now I wouldn't mind the latter but I did back then). I'd flip over to the NL section and torture myself sometimes though. Since getting stock of crystal I only check out PR every once in a while to see what crap is still going around my region.

I know eh? MDMA crystal was hard enough for me to find, and MDA is straight non-existent here. It's the one MD I want to try the most. I was contemplating buying 6-APB due to molecular similarity but decided against. I don't want another mediocre analogue, I want to try the real thing first.

I thought it was a clever idea when instead of giving every episode it's own isolated premise (i.e. there are not really events with lasting consequences), they continued some themes like Stan's depression making everything seem like literal crap.. Things like that - experimental changes - feel sophisticated to me so to speak.

But, am I finding this latest season as brilliant/funny as it was like 2 seasons ago? No not really, I think I found episode 12 quite lame. And a fair number of other episodes this season were also mediocre at best.

Had a fight with the house owner earlier (they're not happy about the amount of effort I'm putting into things though it's the best I can do given that I am me). Will have to move out probably, I'll weigh my options but money's on me losing all internet access as I move back to abandoned second floor of business building. We'll see...

So then I stormed out and drove to San Diego, wandered around for 5 hours, met an old friend for dinner and went to my sibling's uni to borrow money for gas to get back (yeah I went down there without enough gas to get back or any money at all). I found a fake Cuban cigar on the ground there, it didn't taste that great (yeah I smoked it). Haha, I guess due to lack of money to go to a happy place in my mind, I literally brought myself to a place where my memories are happy ones. I guess that's the next best thing, though the gas expenditures are many times what booze would have cost had I moneys. Hooray escapism.

Hmm double checking the band is in line with current printing (should have kept it), but I still think it was probably fake (based on the fact I had a real Cohiba someone I know smuggled back for me when visiting Europe). And you wouldn't have to worry about fake Cubans where you live, there isn't an embargo on all Cuban goods there (or anywhere but the US) to my knowledge. On the other hand, it does lend us a greater appreciation of cigars manufactured in other countries. Personally I'm most fond of Nicaraguans, which have a real zing to them (though that Cuban stuff is pretty goddamn delicious, the one I had anyway).
