I mainly remember you from some Cosmic Charlie stories and then seeing you post all the time. Always had respect since you were a friend of a friend in a way.
 
LOL I remember meeting up with him in the city. Excess was the rule of the day. I wonder how that kid is doing, Didn't he wind up in jail or rehab or something?

Also, apparently there are a lot of stories that circulate about me around here. Some of them are even true, but there's a lot of exaggeration ...

I'm not some larger than life figure, or maybe I was, I'm sure as fuck not anymore. Actually, yeah, I was. For those of you who knew me I was completely fucking off my rocker, manic, and convinced I was some sort of avatar of psychedelia in the world. I probably belonged in an inpatient psychiatric unit. I'm amazed I didn't get there. Now I work in one, and in the interests of staying on this side of the plexigass partition, I abstain from speedy, trippy, and huggy drugs and take my prescribed meds. These days I'm just a fat fuck with a bottle of Johnnie Red, a few prescriptions, and some colorful memories. As far as this community goes I'm content to be a source of facts, color commentator, occasional troll, and sometime voice of reason.

There has been a disappointing lack of [North American] PD enthusiasm for the full lunar eclipse (which took place on the day that the moon was closest to the earth for the first time since 1982). As punishment, I'm assigning homework, you should identify one flower that is in season and post a picture of it. If you're too lazy to do that, you should go out on the night of the full moon sometime and watch the moonrise (it moves very quickly), and if you can't see it, then take the time to appreciate the beautiful aura it leaves in the clouds.
 
I watched a blood moon on LSD in a very beautiful and secluded part of the world once.
It was truly beautiful.
 
It's was late, but my daughter and I went out for a night's walk, enjoying our activity with conversation beneath the lunar eclipse. I used to get excited about eclipses and meteor showers and other cosmic shit, but it's all so underwhelming these days.

The last bad-ass thing I saw in the sky that really tickled my pickles was Hale Bopp in 97-98, from my vantage in an undeveloped area in South Korean mountains.
 
i remember seeing an orange moon that was like 20x the size of a regular one a while back.

also. leaving six flags after being on lsd and mxe all day. Sitting outside eating watching the most absolutely amazing lighting storm in the sky. No rain, just lightning, I really don't think there was any thunder either. Just lightning that was constant for an hour straight. Riding (not driving) home and it continued for about another hour or so. Such a ridiculous ending to a day of adrenaline and whatnot.

Anyway, as a special present for solistus, I have used MS paint to overcome what I have always thought to be a very lackluster selection of revolutionary socialist retakes on the US flag. It seems like an obvious design to me, but a reverse google image search came up with nothing, so I guess it's original. I think someone should clean it up and get physical copies made, 'cause it has inspirational potential IMO.

anyone else ever seen this episode of Adventure Time? they literally say dimethyltryptamine on the show and it still aired on cartoon network lol :)
 
lol its a pin for your hat that my friend made. It's like a jamband thing to wear pins on your hats that are "heady." some of them are really cool pins lol

heady culture is like the funniest thing in the world to me I just want to embody it lol

like there are so many things that are heady, and I just happen to love all of them

I am headyosexual meaning im attracted to how heady girls are loll
