I also never got a lot from tramadol, I always felt it was only a little opiate-like and kinda weird. I would even take like 400-500mg within a couple hours (I worked up from a low dosage of course, knowing the seizure risk), and never got much from it, nor ever felt seizurey at all. That was when I was addicted to opiates though. The very first time I took it, I took 250mg over a couple of hours and had an amazing high, and it's never done that again. My friend, who was also addicted to opiates (heroin no less), used to take 100mg and said it was amazing for him... he took 200mg once and actually started tremoring and thought he was going to die. Seems like individual metabolic factors play a big role with tramadol.
My girlfriend's job was having her work Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but they just changed her schedule to Mondays and Tuesdays. She works in a different town (where she lives... until next month when she's moving in with me and finding a job around here)... it sucks for me because she takes me to my alcohol treatment group on Mondays and Thursdays. So starting today I have to get an Uber there AND back every week... it's already $90 a week so now it's like $115 a week.

I can handle that though, it's just really annoying.
On the plus side, we've been getting new furniture and she's been moving her stuff in little by little. Yesterday we did a lot of cleaning/organizing and my upstairs is in better condition than it's been in a long time (my ex's stuff was being stored there for years and it was a huge pile of shit that got leaked on through my leaky roof that she now won't approve a mortgage refinance to get fixed... it got all moldy and shit). And we got a dehumidifier and I've been running it in one half of the first floor all day and the humidity is down to 40% from the typical summer humidity of 90-95% here... the air feels so much drier there and already the sheets and towels and clothes and stuff that are always slightly damp are super fry feeling and the rooms smell faintly nice, rather than moderately mildewy. So that's awesome.

Gonna do the other half and then the upstairs, in successive days. And then like once a week do each part of the house, just so it doesn't have a chance to build up. Hopefully I can get my house to stop causing things to mold and be all musty all the time every summer/fall.
