The mirtazapine is working great and I'm feeling very good. I sleep well (although I have extremely vivid dreams) and feel more energetic at daytime.
Next weekend it's time for a trip. I'm a bit worried mirtazapine will influence the trip, but I'll see. On the other hand I'm taking a ridiculously low dose (7,5 mg). I'm thinking of taking 25I for the first time.
I'm continuing taking magnesium citrate + taurine daily and it really has done wonders for my heart. It has affected my mood positively too, it's almost like I can feel the blood flowing to and through the heart efficiently and my heart feeling relaxed.
Edit: Oh, I manage to fuck up with my benzos today. I forgot my clonazepam home and was scared shitless at work. Then I found I had lots of 5 mg diazepam with me. So I just went with the equivalence rate (0,5 mg clonazepam = 5 mg diazepam). Instead of taking my usual 3 mg clonazepam in the morning I took 4x5 mg diazepam (20 mg) and instead of my afternoon dose of 1 mg clonazepam I took 10 mg diazepam. I noticed no difference other than diazepam being a bit more sedative. It's incredible how strong the cross-tolerance is between benzos. Fortunately I had diazepam and not e.g. alprazolam with me, the short half-life of alprazolam would have cause problems. But there were absolutely no symptoms when switching to diazepam for a day. Clonazepam does have an extremely long half-life though, so I maybe would have managed the whole day without them.
